Every year or so I stop in to see if they’ve changed. Place is always dirty. Menus have dried food caked on. Tables are crusty and need to be wiped down. Booth has previous guests food on it. I wish they could keep this place cleaner than a McDonald’s or kfc.

Excellent service and food. Always a great time when we’re here. The staff is really friendly and they take great care of my kids. Love the drinks.

Chilis on Lantana and jog is the world’s worst chilis. We went as a family and the food was terrible burnt steak cold steamed vegetables hard to chew and cut. Most terrible service I have ever had. Dropped silverware was put on the table after asking for clean ones. Food was on the silverware that was given at siting us down. Management did nothing about our waitress then the service got worse because we said something. My sister and uncle heard the waitress say we are lucky she didn’t spit in the food. We decided not to order any desert after three dishes were sent back my mother and family was angry with me for taking them to this hellish restaurant. We and our friends will never go to this chilis again and I didn’t even say all that was wrong with our visit!!! I hope the corporate office will do something to make chilis as good as it was before. I am very good at recommending restaurants and entertainment. I will not be disappointed like this again and not be heard my readers depends on me. Also my family and friends.

Worst chilis on the planet. management is non-existent or retarded. they cannot get an order right. they make you wait to be seated when there are 7 tables open. the customer service rep you meet when you first walk in to Chili’s a little short lady, she is rude. Always check your order when picking up your food as carry out.

My last visit here, my last ever. My drink had a bug in it, the server got me another drink but bug drink was still on the bill, charged me to play the electronic trivia game when there was no mention of a charge on the game, got the check and had to argue about the charges, three trips back and forth with the check to straighten it out, asked to see the manager, never saw the manager.

Had an excellent Father’s Day dinner here last night. Our last experience with Chili’s in Boynton Beach was bad so it was with some hesitation that we chose Chili’s again. My husband had a gift card so we picked this location. We waited a few minutes for a table. Our server was excellent. Appetizers came out quickly along with our meals. Food decent quality for Chili’s. We had plenty of left overs to eat today as we ordered the 2 for $ 20 that includes appetizers. Will be back.

Best experience at the take out counter. Service was fast –definitely the best compared to all other branches! Compliments to «Keri» for being nice, and making the to go counter experience quick and easy!

Chills always disappoints, not sure why we keep going back. Granted it was a Friday night and the place was packed, we expected to wait for a table and for food. And wait we did, even with call ahead seating, we waited 40 minutes. The food took another 40 minutes. Then the food arrived it was so awful. The sirloin steak was covered in sinew, I would think even an amateur cook would think to trim some of it off. Not returning anytime soon.

Noisy, inconsistent, and more often less than sanitary conditions all add up to a rather typical Chili’s experience unfortunately, and this newish Lake Worth location proves no exception, with one disturbing addition: this Unilocaler’s ears have, on certainly more than one occasion here, caught the wait staff’s less than savory remarks regarding the more regular patrons that frequent this location… fellow Unilocalers, nothing, but NOTHING will cause this newbie’s legs to sprint more sufficiently for the nearest exit sign! I bore witness to a similar experience earlier in the month regarding another not all that dissimilar establishment(a Mom’n Popper in the not-too-immediate area, see previous review) as the owner hurled a series of foul mouthed superlatives at non-suspecting customers as they exited his premises… one word: INEXCUSABLE!!! Time will tell if management takes whatever steps necessary here to ensure the swift reversal of this DESPICABLE behavior… despite the result, it stands for certain that this NY(newbie Unilocaler) shan’t be privy to the answer …

Always is a long wait! Service could be better. Food is good. Price isn’t too bad. Atmosphere is nice. Racheal is the best server. Always ask for her if you want outstanding service!!! No other waiter has giving me good service when I have come here. I come a lot. They take forever to bring your drinks, take your order, and bring your bill! So be prepared for long waits on everything and it doesn’t r matter what time of the day or day you come!

I usually love chilis but here I had an «ok» experience. A co worker and I called in a pick up order, simple pasta and chicken sandwich no tomato. We come back 20 minutes later like they said and they both we’re cold and my co worker had tomato on her order. My pasta was cold and hard. Not the best.

Been here a handful of times and never had a bad meal. Used to only get those baby back ribs, but opened up and tried other things like queso and their spinach dip which rock. I also just had their cheapest steak cooked medium well and it was mouth-wateringly tender and juicy — best steak I’ve had in a year although I don’t eat it much because poor. As a sidenote I went to outback and got the identical dish and it was dry and tough. Anyway, the waitresses and outgoing and professional and will make sure to watch your allergies. They are also fabulous upsellers though, so be careful or you might just spend all your money on extra drinks and deserts. Sometimes the meals can take a long time, especially if you are in a big group, but they added these little TV things for kids to play with and they’ll let you have your maindish fries as an appetizer. Unfortunately, they change their menu alot and did away with some good things like the broccoli cheese soup and one flavor of ribs. Subscribe to the email list and get tons of coupons and also look out for their deals like 2 for $ 20 full meals. Shoutout to their separate pick-up operation as those employees were super nice and chill.

We went on saturday night. Got there at 5:30 ish. The parking lot is small but is also connected to a big plaza. We had no wait, walked in and got seated right away. We both thout that could be a bad sign of things to come. I ordered our drinks which were two for one. We both like that, what we didn’t like was that he brought both at the same time. I guess we should chug one then drink the other at a normal pace. That’s a lazy server to me. It’s not like he was slamed. We started with a order of texas frys. They were very good. I ordered the bacon ranch chicken quesadilla. Kelly had the chicken and pork fajita. They both came out fast and were very good. This was all off there two for $ 20 menu. One thing that also sucked tho is the gift card we had did work at the booth pay. But he toke it and got it off the bill for us. But this time the place was packed. They were running a big wait. So if your going, get there before 6pm or you might be waiting awhile.

HORRIBLESERVICE. if i could give –5 stars i would! Went there with some friends on Friday night after a long week at work to get a few drinks and eat. Caused more stress than relief. Hostess are rude and look the costumers up and down making you feel out of place. Everyone seems to be on a high school vibe and not a professional level. Chili’s should be ashamed to have these people representing them and should be ashamed of their corporate employees for not keeping better standards and checking on restaurants to make sure they are maintaining their expectations.

Terrible service. Horrible wait time for a table and service at the table was horrible. So after terrible service the Manager was apologetic. Comped half of meal and gave us Chili’s bucks to use towards a future meal(s) at any Chili’s.

I am giving them a single star and blaming it on one thing… poor management! I have been to this location a few times and find it hard to believe this is a corporate chain with standards. Tables were filthy and covered with dishes. The bar was so busy and overwhelmed that not only was it hard to get service but the staff was visibly upset. I run restaurants and this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I feel bad for the staff. Multiple times I saw what looked to be management stare blankly at the dishes scattered across the bar and just walk away! We left a good tip because I genuinely feel that with proper support that they would be good servers but shame on chili’s for hiring management that is afraid to roll up their sleeves and back up their team!

This review is purely about one appetizer and the great bartenders. The chipotle chicken flatbread is amazing! Thanks to the awesome bartender who suggested it. I will be back.

Good location. Good Service. Very noisy; good for a large group, not so much for conversation. The mango-chile tilapia lacked flavor.

Came here because we had a coupon and gift certificates… First off, the food is way too salty. My hubs loves the ribs at Chili’s but said that they make them crappy at this location. They put no love into the food. I just would never come back here by choice.

Great location. Service was a bit slower than anticipated at the bar. Drinks were okay, nothing spectacular or crazy original being created, despite artistic freedom… yes I called bartending an art: D Try the triple dipper with Southwestern Eggrolls… good stuff.
