This place was awesome when I went! It was such an unexpected find. I went there today to get a smoothie, and It looked like the place is out of business. I didn’t want to edit the business details in case I am wrong and I was just looking in the wrong place or they have moved. Can anyone else confirm?

What a unique place ! I love this Te tavern so much ! Do you love wholesome, organic food ? Do you love herbal remedies ? Such as adaptogens like Reishi mushroom ? If not are you interested in learning how to make yourself feel great just by eating great ? The Ringing Cedar Tea tavern is an amazing, haven of good food and, adaptogenic teas that, helps your brain and body feel happy. With a wide selection of tea, smoothies and food they are the best. I also am a jackfruit fanatic and this place offers the rare experience of having one. Thanks Ringing Cedar ! I love you !

Couldn’t find it. There were signs to go to the back, but nothing was there. Is it closed?

First time visiting The Ringing Cedar and was very pleased! The gal behind the counter was very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain the menu options to me. I decided on the Korean BBQ Jack Fruit tacos. Oh my goodness — delicious! Shared them with some co-workers and they concurred. They did not believe that it wasn’t meat in the taco. Very flavorful, nice spice, very filling and nice presentation. Interior of the place is really simple, rustic and quaint. It was very clean inside. Kind of an odd location, being behind Jay’s Market, but once you get in it is very welcoming. I will definitely be back — would love to try another dish, a dessert or a smoothie next time.

This place is amazing!!! I’m vegan & live in Granite Falls… which makes going out to eat pretty limited. I can’t believe this place has been here for a year right under my nose! :)) I was so excited I ordered the jackfruit deluxe tacos for dinner along with a Wolf Kiss, plus ordered the bowl to have for lunch tomorrow. All very satisfying portions & the food is phenomenal! Fresh with delicious flavors. Can’t wait to go back!

I went there about a half hour before closing time over the weekend with a friend and, while it was a bummer that they were out of a couple of the menu items we wanted to try, it ended up being a nice experience! We shared the jack fruit tacos, which were interesting! I loved the jack fruit part of it, but thought it had a little too much going on. I think I would have liked the burrito more, so I plan to try that next time. We also ordered the golden chocolate smoothie and the sage mint one. I was pleased with the chocolate one, but mostly tasted dates rather than chocolate. Still delicious! However, I am SO glad the waitress(owner, I think) recommended the sage mint smoothie. She said the flavor was kind of like mint chocolate chip, and she was completely right! It was amazing. My friend and I were fighting over that one. :) Everything was good, just not as awesome as that smoothie. I also appreciated that the straws for our shakes were compostable! I love environmentally friendly companies that think about the small details too. I look forward to trying more of their menu in the future!

Love this place. Their Quinoa Bowl and BBQ Jack Fruit sandwich are my favorite. They also have great teas and shakes! Their shakes are a little pricey, but they only use quality natural ingredients and I don’t mind spending a little extra for something that is going to nourish my body. The girls that work there are rad and the atmosphere is pretty laid back. Glad a place like this opened up in the town of Lake Stevens.

Went there with a deal and after ordering was told that they didn’t take the electronic version and they were not interested in trying to figure out how to make it work. She insisted on a paper copy. Well I don’t have a printer in my purse so that wasn’t an option. Then the girl behind the counter proceeded to tell they weren’t friends with and they can’t go in to use the coupon. Um what? You obviously do business with them to offer the deal. So after that combative discussion I walked out with no lunch. Will not be going back.

This is a great little hidden gem. And by hidden I mean it’s tucked away in an odd spot. But once you walk in the door you feel like you are somewhere else. The décor is nice. The menu is super small. I had the Jack sandwich. It was really well seasoned, well textured, and had a nice kick in the heat category. I was really impressed with the sandwich. The side salad, while fresh, was far too bland for my liking. The mint sage shake drink was absolutely amazing. Really, simply amazing. I’m not going to ding a place too bad in the star department for a mediocre side salad when the main dish and shake were, again, amazing. With how tasty the sandwich was I’d like to see them add more options to the menu. Hopefully they expand some. Either way though, I’ll be going back.

Super yummy food, the bowl and jack fruit burrito are my fav! The smoothie with mint and sage taste just like mint chocolate chip ice cream. SO yum!

OK, good bits first: excellent food, cozy dining area, welcoming atmosphere. I wasn’t crazy about the lukewarm temperature of my hot cacao drink or of the soup, but it may have been a one-off. It’s possible that they’re serving at that temperature for a reason, but if so, it would be good to make that known. The drinks menu is far more extensive than the food menu. The Bowl is amazing, the soup was outstanding for lukewarm soup, and the jackfruit burritos are great. But the only other menu item appeared to be a jackfruit bbq sandwich. So… four menu options; five, if you include the side salad. The other drawback is the location. I didn’t know that it’s best to park in the back of the shopping center. My sister and I followed the signs leading to the café; it was easy to find, but the hallway door is locked on the outside, so we had to hoof it around the building in the pouring rain once we were done. Not a big deal, and maybe that door isn’t supposed to be locked, but… who knows. Next time, I’ll park in the back. I’m hoping their business does well so that they can expand their menu in the future; there’s so much more they could do, and I’m sure it would be amazing! :)

Extremely friendly staff and great smoothies. This place is pretty hidden, in the back lot next to the BuzzInn, but it is definitely worth looking for. Lake Stevens desperately needs places like these! Please check them out, I really want them to stick around :)

Could it be, a delicious vegan restaurant in lake Stevens? I love this restaurant, and have been waiting for a place like this for years. We had the burrito and it even comes with a gluten free option. We will probably come back every week

I was in town for Ironman 70.3 Lake Stevens, Brynn and Tawni, the owners were super accommodating! I must have come in 3 – 4 times in three days. The burrito is just the right amount spicy. get two if you have an appetite. the bowl is nutrient dense and full of complex flavor. the BBQ jack Sandwich is tangy, spicy, and full. and all of them are deliciously vegan! the jackfruit they use as a meet replacement will blow your mind with its consistency… slightly stringy, slightly chewy – think pulled pork… overall, a fabulous option for clean eating.

Tried the emerald smoothie, had the most restful night’s sleep I’ve had in a very long time. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding herbal health. I tried The Bowl, also. Delicious combination of tastes, and very filling.
