Absolutely horrible. We used soundbox entertainment for our wedding and we regret it deeply. If you are looking for anything more than a breathing jukebox then please continue searching. The issues are numerous. They played the wrong recessional, did not cut or queue songs as requested, played prohibited music, and they did not know how to crossfade. We took a chance with soundbox because we thought they were nice people but that was just an excercise in our own naïveté. The signs were there from the start and we regret not acknowledging them.
