I’ve gotten my nails done, and my daughter and I have both gotten our eyebrows waxed. We love Nancy. She does a great job and is so funny and friendly. She even stayed late to fit us in. They have a punch card where you get your nails done ten times and you get a free pedicure. Prices are great too.

I typically don’t write reviews but I think everyone should know about this place! HORRIBLE!!! I literally was crying during my entire time there because the woman kept hurting me. I went it to have acrylic nails taken off and get a shellac manicure for the holidays. The woman proceeded to just rip the acrylic nails off, destroying my real nails underneath. She literally tore my nail down to the quick making me bleed! My goodness, I could have done this at home. I went to a «professional» to ensure the nails were taken off properly. I decided at this point there was no way I was going to pay them to give me a shellac manicure. Now I have destroyed fingernails that are cut down to the quick and are WAY TOO short. I will never ever come to this establishment again and I warn anyone else that is thinking about coming here.

I decided to treat myself to a pedicure but sure left disappointed. The gal who did the first part was very good although a little more filing on the corners of the clipped toenails would have been nice. All in all, that part was good. Then she got called away by someone who came in 15 minutes into my (upgraded) 40 minute pedicure. The one who took over the painting just did a crummy job. There are bubbles all over in the polish and the color is streaked on 3 toes. I got home to find smudged polish on two toes to boot. Would it have killed them to let me stay long enough for it to dry more? They were not that busy and chairs were empty. Overall feeling pretty ripped off.

Nancy is the best! She is always willing to try new designs when I bring pictures in from Pinterest! The shop is always clean, the girls are super nice and Nancy does the BEST job every time! I can’t figure out how to post a pic! But I wish I could!

I came in around 5:30, and they were packed! I picked out my colors and waited. When a spot was available, two ladies worked on my nails (because I got a manicure/​pedicure). The young lady that did my pedicure did a fabulous job! But, the lady that did my manicure did a sloppy, unfinished job. I’m not sure if it was because I came in close to closing, and she was eager to get home or what, but I have never experienced such a bad manicure… EVER! I paid her, and gave her a 10% tip, but I’m not at all happy with the manicure.
If you do go to LS Nails & Spa, it might be better to go in during the afternoon or possibly the morning.

I reviewed this business a few months back. Just the service, as I didn’t stay for my appt so I had no way to review the pedicure I had gone in for.
This shop is so close to my house and it continues to get good reviews I decided to give it another try. I try not to judge the whole based on a single experience.
Glad that I did. I made an appt for a mani and pedi. Arrived and was greeted. Told they were a little behind. I chose polish and waited about 10 minutes.
I have been going from shop to shop over the past 6 months looking for a great pedicure. The shop I had been going to for the past 5 years had been continuously declining in the customer service part as well as the quality of their work.
I think I found my new home. This is a very busy shop so you should make an appt and you still might have to wait a bit.
They are welcoming and accomodating. The pedicure was far superior than any of the 12 shops I have visited I the past 6 months. I don’t do many manicures, but that was far superior than I have ever received as well.

I was visiting family in Lake Stevens and wanted to get my shellac nails re-​done. Based on reviews I decided to give this place a try and was really happy with it. Price was pretty standard for a manicure with shellac ($ 30) and my nails look great. My 6 year old daughter was with me and she had a kid’s pedicure and her nails painted. They were great with her and even did floral designs on two fingers and two toes at no extra charge.

I walked in just after the salon opened on a Wednesday with a friend. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait for pedicures which was fine. After 20 minutes they filled up the water at two chairs and had us sit down. One of the technicians began working on my friend right away while I soaked.
I sat for 45 minutes and nobody became available to work on me. My water became cold and I was running out of time. I told the technician working on my friend that I no longer had time for the pedicure but would just like my nails painted.
The gal was a bit rough filing my nails and cut one of my fingers. She apologized for the cut but did not apologize for having me wait and never making the time for a pedicure. Just before ringing me up for the paint she looked at me and asked how much I wanted to tip. I am still kicking myself for giving a tip (I always tip) because the service was terrible. I was there for an hour and 20 minutes and only got my nails painted and a cut finger.
I understand businesses get busy and technicians might not be available but they should have informed me of that from the moment I walked in. They should not have seated me and led me to believe they would be with me at any moment. I would have left had I not arrived with a friend who was getting served. I never felt that they were doing the best to accommodate me or apologetic in any way. I am also put off by the gal that cut me asking me how much I wanted to tip her.
I won’t be returning.

Great service first time here. Enjoyed my mani pedi very relaxing and beautiful. I will come back again. They really care about Their customers. Friendly staff. Great price for what I had done. I moved from Houston tx and attention to detail was lacking there and customer service. This place was great.?i was spoiled for about and hr :).

Best nail salon I’ve been to in a while! Did a great job on my acrylic nails and very friendly. They made sure me and my friend got to sit by each other and I overall had a great experience. The only thing is that the polish is kind of fading after a couple of days, but I think that’s because I got a matte top coat, which isn’t a great polish protector, and mostly just for looks. I recommend!

This place is alright. I made an appointment at a certain time and they didn’t take me in when I was suppose to. I got the «Golden Pedicure» it was alright… I paid $ 45 w/​jewels. Just like an average pedicure with the hot wax. The massage was not what I expected… I was kinda bummed. Workers are nice but I feel like they kinda rush when there are people waiting. She kept jumping from me to another girl. And when I didn’t like the first color I chose (she only did half a toe nail) I told her I would like another color. She kinda got impatient. My experience was ok. But I expected more from this place from reading other people’s experience…

Best nail salon around. Came in for pedis got full leg massages, it was great. Hit my toe getting into my car and they fixed it up right away.

I went in to get a Fill. The lady doing my nails said it would be $ 5 extra for a French manicure. I said fine, I’ll decide at the end. I like the «natural» look, so I decided NOT to do the French and just have my nails painted with clear coat.
After my nails dried I went up to pay and another lady rang me up and charged me the extra $ 5. I said, no, I didn’t get the French manicure. She pointed to my TWO ring fingers that I DID get color on and said, $ 5 extra for color! I’m like seriously? If you’re gonna charge extra for painting nails after a Fill, then you need to add it into the price, and not nickel and dime people. I have NEVER been to a nail place that charges extra for painting. If I got something special, or a gem or something, yes. But just polish? Really???
Needless to say I will not return and I will tell this story to everyone I know who gets their nails done. What a crock!

My first time here at LS and it was FANTASTIC!!! The ladies are nice and polite. Clean, no noise, very professional. The prices for all services are clearly listed so there are no questions if they do a certain type of nail style. Lots of nail colors to choose from and glitter tips if you love sparkle! I was able to get a full set dark pink and white with gel top coat and a design on two fingers for $ 50.00. I didn’t get her name but she was fabulous! Took her time and detailed! I will be a faithfull client!!!

I had a great pedicure here! The salon is very clean and I was able to get in right away (I called 15 minutes before). All of the staff was very friendly. The massage was great and my nails look wonderful. I will definitely be going back!

Loved it here! Had Nancy do my shellac which I was getting done after having acrylics for a year. I love that she didn’t say anything about my nappy nails :-). Included in my shellac manicure was a nice neck/​back rub and an amazing hand/​arm massage followed by her wrapping my hands in hot towels for thirty seconds. It was a lovely experience and well worth the $ 35 for the shellac manicure. My fingers look amazing! I made an appointment but I don’t think it’s entirely necessary as they had two walk ins while I was there and they got them pretty much right in. I will be going here again!

I used to work at a very high-​end spa in the Spokane area and was spoiled with amazing and expensive pedicures while working there. So, whenever I go to a smaller nail salon I’m always weary and I never am quite satisfied.
LS Nails is amazing! I only paid $ 25 and got a great quality pedicure. They also provide options for more expensive and higher-​quality pedicures and manicures. I am definitely going here again. (They even got me in with a whole bridal party getting their nails done at the same time!)
