Ink It Your Way

Please, please don’t waste your time with this company. I stopped by to see if they could screen print me some shirts and a few embroidered jackets. She gave me one of there catalogs to go through and told me to stop back in when I figured out what I wanted. My wife and I went though the catalog and found what we wanted. I then stopped in and spent 45 minutes with her explaining what I wanted and how I wanted my logo slightly changed. I asked if she could give me a price on what I was going to order from them, she said she would have to get the numbers back to me after she got done with the logo. I didn’t hear anything from them for a few weeks so I sent and email to her asking for an update, I got no reply. A few more days past so I called to see what was going on with the order, I was told that she would send some numbers to me that night along with the reworked logo. Again I let a few days pass and still had no price or logo. I gave it one last chance and sent an email stating that I would like to work with them and support a small family owned business, like I own myself, I still didn’t get a reply. I have wasted so much of my time with this company that it frustrates me to my core, and to not even get a I’m sorry or and explanation of why she couldn’t get me anything to look at is deyond me. So please don’t waist your time trying to work with this company.

I ordered some custom t-​shirts for my company’s from a print shop located in everett Wa after no call back to tell me they were done I drove down there to notice the business was closed, months later I stopped into this establishment Ink it your way and notice the same owner, I asked her what happened with my shirts she said I have them right her I didn’t have your number from the move even though my phone number was printed in big letters on the shirts. When I got the shirts I noticed they were pretty dusty and dirty but went home and washed them no big deal I would give them a nother shot with my printing needs. I’ve used them a few more times since and have hade nothing but problem, no communication very unprofessional, and never on time.

I am opening a new real estate office next week with no window stickers for the grand opening thanks to this establishment. Not even a call back.

They don’t even deserve one star, this place is horrible. Customer service is non existent, the owners husband should not be helping people. I own a small business, I went in to have several shirts made up along with a few sweat shirts and have a nice coat embroidered, all with my company name and logo. On my first visit the husband of the owner couldn’t give me any pricing, his quote ranged from $ 40 — $ 300 just for 5 shirts, he then realized he didn’t know what he was doing and said so and said that I need to call his wife for a price even though she was there in the back room. I explained I’m very serious and I would come back in a few days, and asked if he could figure it out, he told me to come back when she was there and gave me the hours I could expect her. I came back during those hours and she was not there, I then asked if he would be able to help me because I wanted to place my order he said he could but he would not be able to get me a price, I then asked him if he tells all customers that he can’t give pricing and therefore what’s the point of being open, he then snapped at me and yelled at me and said that I should have called his wife because that’s what he said I had to do in the first place and then he called me a dick. Well needless to say I didn’t give them my business, I hope they read this so they can ask themselves what’s the point of being open or having an employee if you can’t service your customers and TAKE THEIR MONEY!
