Dr. Garnes is a native to the Pacific Northwest and has lived here nearly her entire life. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She then went on to study dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. In 2002 she recieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree and began working in Lake Stevens, WA. She is an active member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentist, American Dental Association, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and Washington State Dental Association.
