The 3 partners are all born and raised in St Charles county. In fact, Brad Cundiff’s family has a long tradition of lawyers in this county. His father was a lawyer and judge since 1960, and his brother is still a judge in St Charles county. Pat Coyne is a judge in the city of Old Monroe and Brad, is a judge in New Melle, Steve is a judge in Foley. We strive to provide aggressive but honest representation.

Brad is one of the founders of the law fim. He practices exclusively in the area of personal injury and workers compensation. Brad graduated law school from St Louis University in 1991, and is a long time resident of St Charles county.
