History

Established in 1974.

Since 1974, the Survant Family has been an HVAC contractor providing high quality products and dependable service to the entire St. Louis, St. Charles and metro east area homeowners and builders. Through the years, we have installed over 30,000 heating and air conditioning systems for some of St. Louis’ best-​known home builders. We believe that homeowners deserve the very best heating, air conditioning and indoor air quality products that the industry has to offer. Lennox, Trane, York, Carrier, Bryant, Amana Goodman, Comfort Maker, American Standard, and Aprilaire are a few of the premium brands that we have installed over the years.

Survant Air Systems employs Union sheet metal workers from Sheet Metal Local 36 to install the ductwork and equipment for your home comfort systems. Each employee has served as an apprentice and passed through a very challenging training program before earning the privilege to work on your job.

Our business was started in 1974 by Richard and Marlene Survant. For over 40 years, we’ve been providing heating and cooling service and installation for various home builders and homeowners across the St. Louis Metro area. We do professional, quality work with a family touch, so you can enjoy a more comfortable home. We have three generations of the Survant family involved in business operations.
