Nails On the Lake

Before I left I checked the reviews for this place. I saw it was 5 stars.
My experience was horrible. I’ll never go back nor think I’m even allowed back.
I told the ladies I had to get my debit card out of the car, the minute I stepped out my grandmother who was alone at the house called me, excitedly saying she fell. She’s 87 years old. Being a certified CNA I felt the need to leave immediately and I’m so glad I did. My intentions were to come back and explain.
The officer I had with me explained to the ladies my situation. I went back to pay but at first wouldn’t accept my payment, said she wanted to press charges. I have never ever done anything bad in my life nor have a criminal record. I have a pure heart and I was hurt by the way they treated me.
During this time I ruined two of my nails helping my grandma I was hoping they would fix it for me but they didn’t make it easy for me to talk to them.
I also have a hearing loss. When I would ask them to repeat what they said they got very rude about it. You just never know who you’re dealing with!

I’ve been using their services since they opened. Love this place. The ladies here are fantastic and the manicure/​pedicures are excellent. Very convenient to residents of LSL on the hwy 70 side of town.

Nails on the Lake, where you can get the most pampering for yourself. You will get the best of service of pedicure ever. There is no rust, just relax and enjoy it. :)
