Established in 1985.

The Firm started in February of 1985, It began in the a home in Dale City, VA.

The Firm then moved to Holly Acers in Woodbridge, VA in 1985 and stayed there until 1991. The next move was to Lake Ridge Executive Park in Lake Ridge, VA in 1991 until 1996. The second to last move was to Occoquan Rd in Lake Ridge, VA in 1996 until 2009. Our last and final move was to our current location in 2009 at Hedges Run office Park in Lake Ridge, VA. We are here to stay!

Business Owner

Jacq is the founder and a principal of Cayere & Cayere CPAs P.C. Prior to establishing the firm in 1985, Jacq retired as a Lt. Colonel after completing over a 20 year career in the U.S. Army. From serving in the jungles of Viet Nam in both the 82^nd and 101^st Airborne units to the world of tax and finance… some say there isn’t much difference as both take extraordinary dedication.

Jacq holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and a Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

Jacq is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and The Virginia Association of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he holds a PFS designation (Personal Financial Specialist) which is only awarded to CPA’s that have demonstrated skills in the personal financial planning field.
