I started going to Dr. Gross as my PCP. Really professional and personable. Was in and out quick.

Slow as hell! I wouldn’t come here unless you have an extra hr to spare from your appointment time! I get that clients like to chitty chat but when someone walks in & just needs supplements PLEASE check them out & continue your conversation afterwards! It’s called good customer service. I’m looking else where to purchase my Ther-​biotic Complete.

Let me begin by saying I had never considered acupuncture as a solution to back and shoulder pain. Starting in April of ’15, I started having INTENSE back pain that moved to my shoulder and then started moving its way down my right arm. It affected my sleep, work and social life. I tried pain killers and deep massage, but it didn’t work at all. The pain was just getting worse! I felt like I may have needed surgery.
I was referred to Rain Lanning by a friend that suggested I give it a try. As I’d never had acupuncture before, I was very hesitant. However, the Today offices are very peaceful and professional, and the short wait for my appointment was quite pleasant.
Rain was very thorough during our pre-​session interview as she asked specific questions about the pain. Knowing this was my first time, she gave me a rundown of what was going to happen during the session. She also asked that I communicate with her during the experience so she could customize my treatment.
During our sessions, Rain would always keep me up to date with what she was doing and why, and always asked for feedback. She was always cognizant of my comfort level. It felt like we were a team on a mission to destroy the pain, together.
After two sessions, I noticed a sharp decline in the «pain rating» and after 4 sessions, the pain is gone. GONE! Even the sporadic numbness I felt in my fingers has vanished.
I highly recommend that anybody with musculoskeletal problems to set up an appointment with Rain. Remember, it probably won’t be fixed after just one session. And it isn’t a day at the spa. It’s work. But it’s definitely worth it.
Even though the pain is gone, I will continue to see Rain and try to discover what other benefits can be experienced through acupuncture.

I came here after feeling tired and moody to get an IV nutrient treatment. Dr. White is knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and ensured that I was comfortable prior, during, and after the procedure. I’ll definitely be back.

Dr. White is amazing. She finally figured out my issue after I had been to countless other ND’s. I have referred so many friends to her who have also been extremely happy. She spends so much time really listening to her patients!

Dr. Vanessa Lyon is my kids most favorite doctor to date! She’s great with them even when they are sick, cranky, or hyper :-) I truly trust her.

Do NOT go to Dr. Robyn Kutka for Botox! I went in for a very simple glabella and crows feet treatment that normally costs me around $ 250. But after an up-​sell to over $ 500 and a painful injection process, I have had NO results at all. I tried to contact her several times but she refused to answer my repeated phone calls so I took the time to go back to the clinic to meet with Dr. Robyn. Only to have her state that in her opinion, I am «resistant» to Botox which is a VERY rare with less than 2% occurrence. I asked if the product was expired or if it was improperly diluted — she stated NO. She did NOT attempt another injection to see if it was the case NOR did she offer any compensation for my loss other than coming back in 6 months and she would discount the procedure by 15%. Very unsure as to how she came to the conclusion that I was resistant? I have had Botox with no issues nor any diminishing results which would indicate a potential resistance. I left very dissatisfied so I did some additional research to find out the causes for Botox not working — improper injection and not enough «live» units! I once again tried to contact Dr. Robyn Kutka but she refused to return my phone call. The best solution would be to have Dr. Kutka’s Allergan Botox sales rep do another injection but she has FAILED to offer any solution.

Dr. Robyn Kutka should NOT be offering this service since she is inexperienced and untrained.
Very unhappy that she and Oswego Progressive does NOT stand by their work!

I don’t think I’ve ever had better medical care in my life. I have been working with Dr. Julie Briley for about 6 months and she is so patient, thorough, and a critical thinker. To her, I am not just a thyroid issue, but a whole body! I love how when you book your appointments at OPM you know the time frame of the appointment. Not once did I ever feel like I was being rushed out so that they could see the next patient. Dr. Briley took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions. She is super great at explaining how things work, why she thinks we should do certain treatments, ext ext.
She had also referred me internally to Dr. Vanessa Lyon for additional care. Before I had even my first appointment with Dr. Lyon, I experienced some issues that need her attention right away. Shes only in the office one day a week, but she called me on her personal phone, answered all my questions, and was available for me to call her if I had any other questions. Having been seen by conventional doctors up until the last 6 months, I have never had such great care and confidence that my health is in good hands. This team at Oswego Progressive Medicine is like an oasis in the desert. Seriously, you have a patient for life!

I saw Yu Jin Lee today using a Groupon deal for acupuncture. This was my first experience with acupuncture, although I have received a mini acupressure session years ago for a wrist injury. I went to Ms. Lee for problems associated with menopause. I felt she was very thorough and professional. We spent about an hour discussing my medical history from the paperwork I completed. Although this may be annoying for some people, I appreciated the review. I like to know that my medical professional has read and understands what is going on. Check into an emergency room and count how many times you are asked the SAME questions by several people. It’s a prudent practice, I think. After she completed the review, she listened to my pulse, REALLY listened, for several minutes, and then started with the needles. They don’t really hurt anymore than a rubber band snap. Then, Ms. Lee left for 10 minutes. This was a long 10 minutes and I didn’t feel much of anything, other than warmth in certain parts of my body. She came back to check on me and left for another 20 minutes. I thought it was going to be an excrutiatingly long time, based on the prior 10 minutes. But it passed quickly. I felt tugs and pressure and warm and a little bit of tingling… and then I just felt good. In fact, when she came in to remove the needles, I wasn’t quite ready to go yet! Maybe that’s how they get you to come back. And, return I shall. I hope my insurance pays for it because I can’t really afford it, but if they don’t, I will continue to go, anyway.

Dr. Vanessa Lyon provides care that goes beyond the extra mile for my children that started with them coming down with a severe sickness that caused fevers sky rocketing to 107 degrees. We battled this out in first my 23 month old little girl, then my 3 year old boy, each for over a week! She knew precisely the correct care to give and when to send us to the Er and how to help the kids recover. My little girl who turned 2 in December, has ongoing medical issues that were a concern to us. Dr. Lyon spent weeks putting her through intensive medical testing that helped us learn what was causing it and how to support her immune system. She never once made me feel bad for all the questions I had, or all the times I had to come running for help!
All of this happened as I was due with my 3^rd child which made my husband and I extremely grateful that we were in the care of such a capable, kind, and accessible team of naturopathic physicians.
Due to my difficult recovery from an unplanned c section, I was forced into some appts in the conventional world these last few weeks. This has given me further appreciation for what you DON“T have to experience when you enter into the doors of Oswego Progressive Medicine. things like super long waits in the waiting room, followed by an even longer wait in a tiny room, only to be seen for five minutes by someone who had their mind made up before they came in the door about what is wrong with you and what antibiotics would fix you.

I’ve received acupuncture treatments in the past and experienced great success. When a Groupon promotion offered a $ 29 acupuncture session, I thought it as a great deal. Upon entry to the clinic, it was freezing cold.
After filling out the multiple page health questionnaires, Dr. Lee proceeded to ask the identical questions I answered on the intake forms. After an hour of re-​iterating my health status, we were ready to go.
She stuck in the first needle and I experienced an excruciating pain wave. I asked her to take out the needle, and she said she could try to decrease the depth of insertion. She moved the needle and again, a shockwave of pain was experienced. I told her to pull it out immediately, put my shoes & socks back on and walked out of the session.
I’ve given birth, had several root canals, yet\ nothing compared to the pain I experienced here. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. PATIENTS BEWARE!

I have had several experiences with naturopathic medicine, all of which were reminiscent of telling my troubles to a duck– QUACK. Not true with Dr. Misty White. She is capable, helpful, effective, and supportive. She helped me nail down issues that had been troubling me for years– issues my conventional medical providers had not been able to correct. What I have come to realize is that while Western medicine is excellent at making you «not sick,» a naturopath will make you HEALTHY. And there’s a difference between the two. Dr. Misty White at Oswego Progressive Medicine will help YOU to be healthy, too!

I have suffered from severe chronic asthma for 20 years, having been hospitalized over a dozen times and having almost died from it on two occasions. I went to visit Dr. Flores at Oswego Progressive Medicine a few weeks ago after an ER visit for a severe attack. The doctors in ER sent me home on steroid doses more than double that of chemotherapy patients and enough albuterol to give me sever shakes and tremors, but I was still unable to breath enough to leave my couch for more than a few minutes. I left the hospital over $ 1000 poorer (no insurance) and with no real alleviation from my symptoms.
Dr. Flores gave me an all-​natural treatment of IV magnesium and B12 and, after only an hour, was able to walk out of the clinic without labored breathing. I went back for a follow-​up treatment the following day and was able to return to work that afternoon. I can’t thank the physicians at Oswego Progressive Medicine enough for helping me to find alternative treatments for my asthma that don’t include side-​effect laden drugs and expensive medications. They are kind, professional, and I will be referring all of my friends, family, and clients in the future!

Dr. Misty White is the best naturopath I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. I’ve had celiac disease and other food intolerances for years and she is the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve met. She has been a big help to me and I’m much healthier for it. Dr. White never tries to force anything and really works with me. She will be my primary doctor for years. Location is easy to get to with parking lot.
