We have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Richard Bloom and his talented team at R Blooms over the past several months. R Blooms handles the floral arrangements for our business as well as our home and each arrangement is absolutely stunning with colors and types of flowers to match the seasons. Richard is an absolute delight to work with and has always taken the time to listen to exactly what we want and love in an arrangement. I’ve included a photo of an amazing arrangement prepared by the R Blooms team. I just can’t say enough good things about our personal experiences with Richard and R Blooms.

Only positive experiences here. Every time I received flowers from this location, they were AMAZING! Beautiful designs and lots of care for the details. I ordered a flower wreath and I only had an idea of what I wanted but no exact picture to show. Richard and Trudi exceeded my expectations and I was speechless. The details were wonderful and everyone who comes to my house admires the front door decoration. The store is like a «candy shop» for grown ups and you can spend hours admiring every little wonderful piece of decoration. Very welcoming place and staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

We got married almost 7 years ago, but still get compliments about our flowers through our pictures posted from our photographer’s website. Christine from R Blooms worked tirelessly and patiently with us to get the specific look we wanted! Since our amazing experience with Christine and R Blooms, my family and I have been frequent customers. I look forward to my birthday and anniversary arrangements every year from my husband and my family and I have placed many orders for many events such as «Congratulations» or even sympathy arrangements. Ordering from R Blooms is very easy and they are very helpful in helping us to choose the look we want. I have never been disappointed. I can’t sing my praises for R Blooms enough!

Don’t listen well to what your requests are nor do they use their «florist» judgement /​eye regarding look of an arrangement. Over Priced

I stopped by R Bloom’s needing a last minute 50^th Anniversary arrangement and the staff was very helpful. Despite being bogged down with the rush of the holiday season, they accomodated my needs and created a GORGEOUS floral arrangement that fit my budget. I would highly recommend this shop! Talented and friendly!

This shop is overflowing with wonderment! From the European glass ornaments to the arrangements, both fresh and silk, you will be amazed! Their diverse creativity and attention to the smallest of detail is astounding! We have ordered from them for years and have NEVER been disappointed. We have also ordered two casket spays that were absolutely HEAVENLY!!! Their Christmas wreaths and garlands are like no others. Don’t be confused… you get what you pay for.

They cancelled my order the day of the delivery saying they couldn’t find anyone to deliver to that address. If they didn’t already have someone to deliver it, they shouldn’t have accepted the order.

Poor customer service, terrible quality.
I tried to order some flowers for my girlfriends birthday and found the customer service to be sub-​par. I went as far as picking out the flowers before the reps rudeness got under my skin. She asked me for my credit card information when I asked another clarifying question about the flowers — she responded with «the longer I am on the phone with you the less time I have to prepare other arrangements». This is just something you would not expect from a local flowershop — if you can’t handle your current work load hire more help, don’t take out your frustrations on local Lake Oswego customers.
This is not the first time I heard about their poor customer service, a colleague at work mentioned he had a similar experience. I’m hoping he posts his review soon enough.
This shop is only in it for the money as their prices are outrageous and the quality is sub-​par (akin to their customer service).
I decided to go with another local flowershop in the area and have been very content with that outcome.

Have been ordering and receiving flower arrangements from R Bloom’s for years. The arrangements we’ve ordered have been of exceptional quality and style. We just let them know what style fits for the person we are sending flower to, and they work their magic — surpass my expectations every time! Have had to order from other florists every once in a while and found that we are spoiled by tR Bloom’s design and creativity. High Recommend.

I am thrilled with the service and quality of the flowers from R. Bloom’s. I called with a general idea of what I wanted, I knew I didn’t want a generic FTD bouquet. Robert was patient and personable, and helped me decide on some beautifully presented orchids. They were delivered as scheduled and exceeded expectations. I recommend R Bloom’s without hesitation.

Called RBloom’s this morning and on short notice they delivered within desired time frame! It was PERFECT! Thank you so much; and, also from what I heard, they are beautiful! :-)

First off, no one knocked or rang the doorbell so I had no idea Valentine’s Day flowers were even here, the day before. The first thing I thought when I saw them was, «Who died?» A dozen long-​stemmed red roses were competing for space, and definitely over-​whelmed in smell, by a dozen Easter lilies! ?? Why?! Easter lilies are for funerals. They signify resurrection, hence the name. And their smell over-​whelms everything! The poor roses didn’t stand a chance. They were plucked beyond an inch of their lives anyway. All their outer leaves were gone. If you can’t get good roses in Oregon, where can you? The desert? Flower arranging 101. Don’t have smells competing with each other, they should complement. Easter lilies overwhelm everything. It smells like a funeral home in here. Blech!
Anyway, if that weren’t enough, they actually had a plastic glitter-​covered heart stuck in the middle of this confusion. I’ve been an adult for a good number of decades now. Plastic glitter hearts? Yikes! (Honey, I appreciate the thought, but I’ll order the flowers from now on.) (Seriously.)
My search for a truly sophisticated florist, one warranting the prices they charge, and one I can trust for ALL occasions, continues. But if you’re dead, and your honey wants to celebrate your love in the after-​life, get roses and lilies from this place. Oh and they added palm fronds too! Palm fronds? With roses? I don’t want baby’s breath but COME ON!

These folks were super helpful and artistic. They hooked me up with a beautiful bouquet for a fair price. They were funny and nice. Beautiful selection and great attention to detail.

I walked into this new location for R. Blooms and was surprised and amazed at how wonderful and unique this store is, it’s more than a home décor store, there were purses, very affordable and cool; I might add, all kinds of gift ideas. They have made their area of business and store front so beautiful, it is inspiring. We highly recommend R. Blooms. Go in and be prepared to be greeted with a warm and happy smile.
