Reputable sushi restaurants are few and far between in Lake Oswego, however Momo’s seems to have broken through the norm and delivered a tasty, consistent, and quality product. Good food and good service, what else can you ask for?

Was with the family and we all ordered an assortment of noodle dishes, rice bowls, sushi, edamame. The food tasted great but after immediately after I left my stomach was unhappy. I’ve never eaten anywhere where that has happened to me. No one else in my party felt this way so I’m thinking it was one of the dishes I ate. I would return to give them a second try though because the service and atmosphere is great.

Momo consistently delivers Exceptional Sushi. Moving here from California and missing the amazing and readily available sushi I was accustomed to, I tried numerous Sushi places before finding Momo. We still try other places from time to time, but always end up returning to Momo’s because we know they will deliver. And they do. Every single time. Their habanero sauce is outstanding. We had the Marky Jr roll tonight for the first time and Wow! Incredible. Highly recommend Momo’s. Always fresh. Always happy we came. :)

This is our go-to sushi spot in Lake Oswego. The service is excellent, fast and friendly waiters who know us by name. They are very accommodating for special order requests and have a nice happy hour menu. We love getting our hot tea and miso soup, sushi rolls and sometimes vegetable tempura and edamame. They have decent ramen too!

We loved so many things about this place! Atmosphere is nice and casual, staff is very kind and informative, food is excellent! Best goyza I’ve ever had, very rich with a bit of a bite. Crunchy roll was amazing, fresh crab California roll was great! Can’t remember all the names of rolls but they were all great! Prices are very reasonable. I’m bookmarking this place for when I’m back in town!

Went here for the first time for Tuesday Happy Hour expecting it to be much busier than it was. Service was exceptional and so was the food! My boyfriend and I split the tsunami roll off the happy hour menu and Kevin’s roll off the regular menu as well as the fries and gyoza on the happy hour menu. I don’t normally like pot stickers but they were awesome. Sushi was extremely fresh no fishy taste what so ever! We will definitely be coming back!

I came to Momo’s for lunch on a Tuesday and I was very impressed. The service was proper and the food was well prepared. It is obvious they take the time to make everything themselves and use quality ingredients. The salmon sashimi was dynamite and they were kind enough to make a half order and charge me accordingly. I usually don’t get tempura, but it was included in the lunch special and I will say it’s the best I have ever had. Momo’s is going to become a regular in my restaurant rotation.

I should be ashamed of how much I spend a year on sushi here. The Blazen Blazer is addicting despite being so spicy, so many flavors of completely delicious. Get extra house salad dressing it’s phenomenal!

I have been to this place many times and am generally satisfied with the food here. The fish was very fresh, and the udon and fried yakisoba was tasty! My husband loves the Tokyo roll.

Delicious sushi and courteous service. The waiter made very good recommendations and the food itself was excellent. Not the least expensive sushi in town but I plan to return.

This was our second try for this place. I’m Japanese so I was happy to find a place to eat my food but I was extremely disappointed! The waitress didn’t give us any time to look over the menu and had no clue what any of the items were. We had to ask for water and I had to find utensils for us. When the food arrived, my husband’s order was completely wrong and I had teriyaki sauce in mine and it was yakisoba! We were not pleased as well as not being reimbursed for the awful food screw up. It was also happy hour and were charged full price. Its definitly not authentic either. I would give this place 0 stars bit unfortunately Unilocal will not allow it. DONOTEATHERE !!

I’ve been to this restaurant in the past and was generally pleased. However the last 2 times were very disappointing. The first experience of which I speak was rather appalling. The unagi sashimi was obviously not fresh(as in dry and turning) and the rolls were mediocre at best. This past time was the worst yet. The portions were extremely small and the knife work on the rainbow roll was ridiculous. Instead of a single fillet of beautiful fish atop a lovely bed of rice, there were several random strips of fish cut haphazardly scattered atop a minuscule little excuse for a roll. I sincerely hope they can bring back the quality that Momos used to have. Until then I have to admit… Momos has turned into… Nomos!!!

Good value for a sushi place. Our food was mostly excellent(recommend steering clear of chicken wings, but hey, this is a sushi place). The sushi was fresh & very well prepared. Our waiter was great, but the food coming out of the kitchen seemed to appear at random intervals, and some of the servers basically threw it on the table. The atmosphere is family restaurant. Decent beer & sake choices. I didn’t try a cocktail, but there is a full bar. However, in the balance, I’ll be coming back. Good sushi & sake trumps all!

I just moved to the area and was happy to find this place. A good sushi restaurant in Lake Oswego that isn’t packed with workers at lunch like so many other places in the area. I have an allergy to avocado, but I love sushi. Fortunately, the menu tells me which ones to avoid(or you can sometimes get without). Either way, I’m more of a spicy tuna/california roll kind of guy and the food here doesn’t disappoint. It’s reasonably priced and quite good. I went with my parents and the chicken yakisoba looked a little overcooked and burned. The beef noodle salad is quite good as well and would recommend giving that a whirl if raw fish isn’t your thing. I’ve already been back 3 times in a month, so I expect to be a repeat customer.

This is our go-to sushi lunch place since it is so close to our office. The service is great and they have a great selection of rolls and sushi. The prices are reasonable. Can’t really complain about anything.

Came in for lunch and it wasn’t crowded at all. Nice ambiance, a little fancy but casual enough to be comfy. Great service, great food! I got the salmon teriyaki combo. Small portion of salmon but really good. I love that it had a little skin on it so it stayed moist. Hubs got one of the rolls — can’t remember which one, but it had eel on top? it was pretty good and portion wise was decent. Overall the food was great but a little pricey for me. Maybe for dinner it seems more reasonable, but I was hoping for a better deal at lunch. Either way, the food was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Not what I had expected. A friend and I had a hankering for izakaya-style fare and thought we’d give Momo a try. The restaurant was full which to us seemed like a good sign. The menu had very little to choose from and was even missing a few typical Japanese plates. I ended up ordering the yakisoba chicken and was very disappointed. The noodles tasted like they might have been dry and the dish was over-salted and very garlic-ky. The gyoza appetizer was also very salty and lukewarm. Service was meh, location was tucked away in a corporate park. Overall, I will not be going back.

If you like delicious sushi, great service, a few good drinks and great atmosphere; look no further. This place has a great quiet restaurant area and a partitioned bar, to boot. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick lunch with friends or a full dinner with family? You can call off the search party if it’s some sushi and good times you’re in the mood for. Bring yourself. Bring your friends. Bring your parents. Bring your kids. Bring a date. Or just bring them all! There’s is something for everyone in this tasty establishment. A friend recommended this place to me and I’ve not stopped coming back since. I feel you might end up telling the same to your friends and family… And don’t forget to order a plate of the Yakiniku. Oh! They also have a great happy hour menu if you don’t want to commit to a full meal… Or if you aren’t quite sure if you’ll love it as much as I do. Plus, it’s happy hour all weekend every weekend
