History

Established in 1999.

Kevin started his career in lending services as a wholesale Account Executive. Over the course of his successful career he has served his client base with the experience provide from having worked in all facets of the lending industry including Funding, Closing, Post-​Closing, Underwriting (Level II Delegation), Appraisal Review and Secondary Markets/​Investor Relations. Before serving the real estate community as a local Hard Money/​Private Lender for three years, Kevin was the Regional Vice President for a locally owned, nationwide wholesale lender, eventually progressing into retail lending services where he continues to provide extra-​ordinary retail home buying/​refinance services for clients located in the greater Portland and Southern Washington areas.

The loan process has traditionally been a «seat-​of-​your-​pants» process with very few checks and balances to prevent important issues from slipping through the cracks. With this my focus on teamwork, my team and I have developed proprietary systems, forms and programs that make our loan process infinitely more efficient than that of
