Kelly Pace

My family recently bought a home from Kelly Pace. We are in a very competitive market, and we feel like Kelly’s willingness to get the job done is what helped us get into our new home. She was constantly available to show us homes and write offers during the process, and once an offer was accepted, she worked closely with us and our mortgage broker until the buying process was complete. Having her constantly available while buying our first home was so valuable– there are so many questions and unknowns, and Kelly’s knowledge really helped us feel confident in moving forward with such a big commitment as home-​buying. On a personal level, Kelly (and Greg Pace) are a joy to work with. Kelly is always smiling and eager to help, and more than willing to go out of her way to assist you. And, most valuable of all, she and Greg were honest with us about each home we looked at– location, value, quality, concerns, etc– they have great knowledge and experience, for which we were SO grateful. Buying a house can be so confusing, but we really felt like our process was smooth and enjoyable thanks the the Paces and Berkshire Hathaway!
