Jenny and her team rock it! I had been referred to her by a marketing colleague who spoke VERY highly of her talents, but WOW, was I even more impressed after I got back that initial resume draft. I’m in the midst of a serious job hunt, so I needed an expert to «get it done right» for me. I’ve received numerous compliments on the resume that thankfully (and expectedly — it’s that good!) has resulted in interviews. Whereas before it has been crickets with my previous resume. I recently got my brand spankin’ new resume from Job Jenny, and was so thrilled with the results that I felt compelled to sign up for Unilocal and give Jenny a glowing review.
I’m a freelancer/​business owner with a lot of prior full-​time experience in the publishing industry. I was trying to find a way to frame both my freelance and staff work in one document, and was finding the task especially daunting. I may give good e-​mail but, when it comes to talking myself up, I choke.
I found Jenny on Twitter (@jobjenny) and was immediately drawn to her warm and spunky personality. I also liked the fact that she had significant experience with recruiting, and obviously knew her shit.

I have purchased resume services in the past and nothing about the experiences involved the word «unique.» Something that in this day and age is a must for getting through computers and into the hands of an overworked HR manager.

Ms. Jenny (as we like to call her in the ‘hood) is one of those special people who once you meet her will not be someone you soon forget. I’m writing a review for the magic that is Job Jenny. As a birthday gift to myself I purchased a resume. My contract position wasn’t going to last forever and my resume needed some serious love. I found JobJenny dot com and she had me at «hello» with her bright yellow website that touted her as a «Job Search BFF and Tough Love Expert on finding your passion.» She immediately filled both of those roles for me.
After an hour phone consult and a couple business days, there it was… my new and 100x improved resume, fresh off the press. It showcased the same experience and talent my old resume did, but with the style, professionalism and extra oomph it desperately needed.
I put my job search in full-​swing three weeks ago, and today I received an offer for a position that has «me» written all over it, (only a week and a half out of work).
