We can’t thank Iraida enough for her efforts that helped make a very quick closing a smooth transaction. Her attention to detail was extraordinary! She went above and beyond to research the details that we may have overlooked in the contracts. Some of these details were not verbally mentioned by the builder so it was great that she picked them out and questioned the builder on our behalf. It saved us from paying unnecessary fees.
She helped us deal with some challenging individuals during the purchase of our home with poise and confidence. These traits were instrumental to help us solve any issues we had with the builder and/​or the lender.
Iraida was a joy to work with and we wouldn’t have changed anything about the experience! We would highly recommend her business to others and will definitely be throwing your name out there if we know of anyone looking to purchase a home in the near future.
