If I could give NO stars, I would. The owner is a con and a fraud. All of the other reviews are spot on regarding the owners taking your money and running. I’m especially appalled at the scam she pulled with me, since we went to high school together. How shameful and dark that this «business» is ok with doing such terrible things to people such as stealing money. They are thieves. I even had the owner in my home! She said she was going to write my profile, attach my pictures and send me to her male matches, but nothing of the sort ever happened after I gave her so much personal info about myself and my pictures! I sent her 3 emails which she ignored. Of course, up until she received my money she was very easy to contact. She’s definitely a sad, dark hearted person, who needs some counseling. I’m a trusting person who only has good intentions and actions towards others, so I do not understand this at all. It has always been my desire to do right and be fair by all I come into contact with.
This fake dating service has 14 complaints against them with the better business bureau, and I’ve been advised by an acquaintance of mine who’s an attorney that Intuitive Matchmaking is committing unlawful trade practices and fraud and small claims actions will be in our favor (those who she’s stolen from). She has gotten away with this for too long.
I chose this service, because I trusted that the owner, who I went to high school with, would be an honest person who could give me results. I have never experienced such a more deceitful person in my life, until I reconnected with her after 20 years.
Luckily, I only dished out $ 250, but the owner tried swindling me into paying $ 1800 to $ 2500 for a year… To which I replied that was not at all in my budget. Even $ 250 is a huge chunk of money.
Do. Not. Give your money. To these thieves.

What a con artist. Very easy to get a hold of until you give her your money. She even used death in her family as an excuse. What a fraud. And I’m a professional sales person. I was conned! This woman is a horrible person. I ended up filing a complaint with my credit card company and she didn’t even call them back. Ha! Ridiculous. At least they gave me a refund.
She told me she had lots of men who would want to date me. I’m successful, young and pretty. With no baggage. I get asked out plenty, but usually by men I don’t care to date which was the reason for hiring someone to help find a good one. I feel that is important to mention on a review like this.
Portland singles downtown is much much better. They actually arranged dates for me. With good men my age with similar attributes and ambitions. Within like 2 weeks.

Absolutely terrible. They sent me two potential people in over a month, neither having any possibility of being a match… it was as if they randomly picked two people without considering my file. I tried to contact them numerous times via email, voicemail and stopped by the office (which was closed). I am making a formal complaint and would strongly warn people to look elsewhere!

When you first go in they treat you like royalty. The whole concept of a matchmaker sounds great and they will play it up and keep in contact with you until you pay (a lot of money by the way). Once you pay you are on your own and contacting them to ask questions or set appointments is like pulling teeth. I did find a couple ok matches with them, but the average time it took them to respond to me when I called or emailed (if they responded at all) was 1 – 2 weeks. I recommend finding a matchmaker who will actually dedicate some time to you. Their #1 concern is getting your money. Make them work for it.

I was very hesitant about joining this group. I was worried that it was sketchy. It took me three years to decide. I doubted that they would have enough men participants. I have almost completed my 12 month Première membership and I have only had one very bad date. Your contact with the group is very minimal after you sign the contract although you can call or email questions. I am Premier member that is supposed to mean you get special attention. The matchmakers are suppose to match you with appropriate suitors. None after 10 months. I have been told I am a beautiful woman so I do not think it is me. Other women and men met at social event say same experience. I have not learned anything that I had not previously read about in relationship books and workshops. This is a very expensive matchmaking group. I have met many more men on other sites. I would recommend you save your money and use it to improve your wardrobe or go to actual relationship workshops. with experts. This seems to be a big waste of money. I am embarrassed that I joined. I will update this if at the last minute they find the right man for me.
I regret my councilor did not find someone for me. She has successful in receiving a bigger piece of the business pie though. The staff is nice but seemed focused on developing other business deals. No evidence of developing male base in group. One man not even in the group randomly called. At least that was initiative.
2 more months. Will keep you informed.
