Grant Yoakum, Attorney at Law

This attorney has a severe lack of ethics. After checking with a couple of attornies, this man has definitely filed a claim which he has no right to file. His responses have contradicted hard evidence to the contrary. He thinks just because someone prints something out that it has full merits despite no signatures or initials.
In my career, I went after fraud. I understand their tactics — I earned 6 figures a year investigating these types of scenarios. WIth my expertise and hard documentation, this attorney is not only committing fraud but he is blantantly bragging about it.
I will update this review once I get back from the OR Attorney Generals office tomorrow. A complaint with the OR State Bar will follow. If anyone is considering this attorney, I’d check with Scott at the State Bar before proceeding with any contracts.
