Dona Cullen works with other professionals who provide collaborative services such as divorce coaches, child specialists and financial specialists to provide a targeted, compassionate, supportive approach to this difficult life transition.

History

Established in 1998.

This business was created in 2008. After practicing traditional law for 30 years, Dona opened this practice to focus entirely on out of court methods to help families through the divorce process.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dona is a graduate of Wheaton College (BA); Vermont Law School (JD, cum laude); Vermont Law School (MSEL, Environmental Law, cum laude); and member Oregon State Bar.

She has practiced general and family law for over 35 years in 4 states and served as a juvenile public defender and special master in high conflict divorce cases. She has included mediation in her practice since 1987 and collaborative practice since 2008. She has more than 200 hours of training in mediation, including advanced family law mediation; and basic, intermediate and mastery trainings in collaborative law.

Dona is a founding member and current President of the Oregon Association of Collaborative Professionals (www​.col​lab​o​ra​tiveprac​tice​o​re​gon​.org).

She is also a founding member of a local practice group called Bridges Divorce Solutions (www​.Bridges​Di​vorce​.com).

In addition to being a lawyer and mediator, she is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).
