I plan future projects as a 2d and 3d renderings for your Kitchen, Bath, Office, Laundry Room, Entertainment Center, Basement update, Fireplace update, Whole house, As-​built drawings with emphasis on Space Planning. I listen and work with my clients; to investigate the best scenario for you home, space, and budget. I can bring a future space into reality with 2d and 3d renderings and supply you with drawings for building the space.

I supply creative ideas, suggestions, from conceptual phase, to bidding phase, to plans for city permits. I can assist you with small or large scale projects. If you are moving interior or exterior walls, no problem I have a structural engineer ready to assist me. I can help you through the complete design phase, building permit phase, and installation phase if needed. I also have an Ala Carte services to assist those homeowners that need just a little help.

I also can assist you with cabinetry orders, counter top selections, installation, and permits.

I have been a Freelance Kitchen/​Bath Designer, CAD drafter, 3-​d Visual Specialist for over 15 years. The Catalyst for my knowledge base goes back to my beginning career as a Mechanical Drafter/​Designer. Art is my background and my love, so to be able to bring my love of art to Kitchen/​Bath/​Home Design it is a win-​win situation.
