History

Established in 2013.

We started this business based on a personal need we had in our own family. Managing a family trust is hard enough dealing with trust attorneys and other financial services. We were constantly having to get parents, currently residing in assisted living, to sign and notarize important documents. This motivated us to get a commission and begin to offer our services to other families in a similar situation. We then found that loan signing is also a important part of the business and we became fully certified loan signing agents.
