Stay away from this place if you are looking to rent a Uhaul truck. I reserved a truck from them more than 3 weeks in advance (and called to confirm 1 week in advance) and asked for 3 dozen furniture pads, a utility dolly and a furniture dolly. I arrived at 9am the morning of my move and was told they don’t have a furniture dolly or any extra pads. Only the 6 pads in the truck. This screwed my day up. I had hired moving help and needed those pads. I had to have my wife scramble to find a place to rent pads only. We were only able to acquire 12 pads for our move. When I returned the truck, I noticed that the furniture dolly and appliance dolly were still on the invoice, I asked for them to be removed, was told they were and then he immediately charged me for both and then when I questioned him, he told me he could not reverse the charges. Asked me to contact the manager after the holiday weekend. I just got off the phone with her and she told me to «Call Uhaul, there is nothing I can do for you at this point». Needless to say, this place may be a good storage center, but NEVER rent a truck from them as they do not verify their reservations and they do not have the equipment necessary for a move.
