First time going to this particular store: Went here today and had a horrible experience with the ladies at the counter. First they told us a coupon couldn’t be used with another one so we were going to put some things back and then I was reading the back of the coupon and it specifically said that it could be used. So we told the lady and she began to argue with us and the other employees about whether or not the coupons could be used together. They sent another lady without getting her free item when she had the correct coupon. But when that lady heard us she came back and ended up getting her free item like she was supposed to and thanked my sister for saying something. They didn’t know what coupons could be used and there were several unhappy customers within the short period of time we were there. I love bath and body works and I live near by and will not be going back to this store I will go to the other one at the Great Lakes crossings mall near by instead; where they will honor the coupons and not argue with customers and argue among each other. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation to have the employees disagreeing with each other and voicing it in front of everyone. Very disappointed!
