A New Leaf Flower Studio

Not all florists are the same. Sure, the materials might be the same, a flower is a flower after all, but it’s the way the florist makes the arrangements, the creative use of available flowers and containers that makes a florist stand out.
I wanted to send a thank you bouquet, and was limited by time and distance since I prefer to work directly with a local florist instead of calling. In search of something nearby, I came across A New Leaf flower studio. It seemed like it would be a place specializing in large events rather than solo deliveries, but I decided to ask.
The first thing I noticed: although it was a small shop, it smelled of flowers and plants, was decorated like a flower shop should be, and did small orders and deliveries. Success. The woman helping me (I wish I could remember her name), was very helpful and showed me a few options, but wasn’t pushy about it. I liked the shop, the recipient liked the flowers — and that’s as good as I could have hoped.
