Came in to purchase a set of blinds that later revealed some missing and broken parts. Although they replaced it immediately on request, it wasted a lot of effort, time, and gas.

Customer service here at this busy Lake Mary location is off the charts!!! I’ve been here five times in the last two and a half weeks anywhere from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm to secure materials and guidance on a home project. I learned a lot during this project from the team members. Every employee each time I have been in there has been so personable, helpful, and patient. It felt like I had extended family helping me out. I appreciated the expert advice, assistance in packing up my car, the on-​time deliveries, and general great sense of humor they conveyed to me and with each other. It was all pleasurable, even in the wee early morning hours. Special thanks to Joe, Eileen, and the lovely French mademoiselle who runs the blinds section at this store!!! I can’t wait to come back again. I experienced this exceptional customer service as well at the Winter Park location too.

Is there a way to give Home Depot 0 Stars? If so I need to know this. Two ladies in the front we chatting instead of greeting the customers… What are they getting paid for? We walked the whole store and back and the associates purposely looked away instead of offering to help… This happened about 6 to 7 times. Am I a ghost… I think I’m scared I’m in the after life… The customer service was that terrible. Home Depot is more of a lot of things to try to buy than a welcoming store with customer service and knowledge. I question if this store is open more because of need or actual want. Forget this store it’s better to go out of the way than to see this failing junk store make you feel worse about being in there.

Let’s be honest, the customer service of both Lowes and the Home Depot are on par with Walmart which is about as low as it gets, but tonight while trying to shop for door locks I was kicked out of the aisle I needed so the store could put something up on a shelf. Good customer service would be to let me grab my product and leave the area instead of making me wait… I was one of very few people in the whole store shopping at the time and they chose to lose my business and money rather than wait five minutes. Good riddance Home Depot, please have some respect for the people who pay your bills and learn customer service.

every single time I go in there its a new disapointment… walk in to buy a filter, a stupid wáter filter, online it says they have it, cant find it, after waiting for 30 minutes looking for someone to help me… finally order it and they say it will be in in 5 days, only to get a call from a very rude lady named Shelly that they cancelled my order and hung up on me,
Wont see me again at that store!
Amazon had it for $ 9 cheapper!!!

Been here a few times lately to pick up random items. As far as I can recall, I’ve interacted with a different employee during each visit and each one has been helpful and knowledgeable. I never have had any trouble finding anything they’ve pointed me in the direction of and the store always has the item I found online and went to the store to collect.
This is the Home Depot closest to where I live, so I probably will continue to return as many times as necessary.

Occasionally I have to hunt down an employee, and sometimes they don’t take me seriously because I am female, but I eventually find someone useful and happy to help me. I occasionally have technical questions that they are able to help guide me through, or find me someone who can.
I appreciate that they are keeping their prices reasonable and still providing a pleasant atmosphere to shop in with mostly friendly staff. I also wish I could take half of their beautiful garden center home with me!

Free wifi. If you find the right spot in the parking lot you can stream your Netflix during your lunch break. Adventurous folks can bring in the iPad and lunch and just go for it in outdoor furniture.
They get a four because some employees are less helpful than others.
