I actually had a good experience with Printerpix. I had ordered a gift card from Black Friday from Printerpix and realized it had expired. They were nice enough to extend the gift card so I can still order the prints and not lose the great deal. I placed my order and within 2 weeks, I received the item. In placing the order, I do love the fact that they tell you ahead of time that the resolution may not be perfect considering the pixels used so it may be a little blurry. I was fine with that and placed the order anyway. So it’s a good warning.
I just received the two canvas prints 20×16″ and they look better than expected. I wouldn’t complain because I pretty much got what I paid for, which was a really good deal. Our shipping box package did include a sign that says «Do not Bend» and «Fragile.» So, it was kept safe.
I’m a little afraid to see what our Metal Print will look like considering all the terrible reviews that other people have written, but when I do get it, I will definitely post my review. So far, I am a fan of Printerpix since I had a good experience with their products as well as their customer service.

Stay away from this place! I placed my order on January 14 using a Groupon. Wish I had read the reviews before. It’s been a month, and the gift occasion for which this was supposed to be delivered has passed. I asked them to cancel and refund my order, but the only answer I get is a canned response:“Unfortunately because the order is currently in production, I am not able to cancel or refund the order.” No other info on when this then will be shipped. I doubt it is even in production yet. Worst experience ever, I feel completely ripped off.

Oh… I should have check Unilocal before purchasing from Printerpix. So disappointed.
Where do I begin. In early November, 2015 I ordered a 50×60 Mink Blanket for a Christmas gift –yes,
had a great deal. What a mistake. The blanket arrived and was crooked. 6 inches top left and 4 ½ inches top right. Must have got stuck in the print machine. So they sent it anyway. I tried LiveChat. the told me to contact
contact us. Which I did. I sent pictures and was told that on 12÷7÷2015 that I would get a replacement. It is now December 23, 2015. no blanket. I contact LiveChat they told me that it had never been ordered. Yep everything that they say about this company is true. They do not communicate. If they do… you get hung up on in LiveChat. 2 hours later… they are suppose to be sending a replacement blanket and will be taking the defective one. I’ve spent hours and hours trying to get a resolution. Bad thing is … I purchased 2 calendars and the quality is terrible. I designed only 1… will be trying to get my monies back. Not worth it. I’m guessing the blanket will arrive and it will still look bad. December 23^rd and I have no special christmas gift that was to be from the kids to Grandma.

I ordered a bear that I purchased a groupon for and I got it pretty quickly… So, I went back to groupon and thought that came out nice and arrived so quick I purchased 2 more. Now here it is 3 weeks later and I contacted their live chat and the customer support said. Sorry it is in processes but don’t look like you will get it until after Christmas. I told him it was a christmas gift and he said Sorry… I said ok. Can I get a copy of the bear with the photo so I can put it in a card and he said «did you save it to; to my project» I said NO he said sorry you lost it then.
I am just frustrated…
I won’t use this service anymore especially seeing all the bad reviews already… I should have looked on Unilocal first…

No surprise here, I’m just adding to the sh*t storm surrounding Printerpix. Like so many other Unilocalers, Printerpix has failed to deliver the product I ordered on 7÷25÷15. Not only have they failed to actually get the product in my hands, they’re also incapable of responding to my inquiries. I’m extremely disappointed as what I ordered was a gift for a dear friend whose moving out of state.
I’ve complained to Groupon and they refunded my money. Then miraculously someone from Printerpix got in contact with me!.. To tell me I need to pay a returning fee on a product I never received. It’s actually comical.
Listen to the reviews for this place. You will pay for something and you will not get it, then nobody will help you.

I purchased my Christmas Cards from this website through a groupon, and THEN looked at the reviews. I was prepared for the worst, per other Unilocal reviews. But it was fantastic service! The cards came promptly, and are stunning! I am a very satisfied customer! Will order from you again!

I foolishly thought I could get away with a cheap way to get my photos printed on metal by trying Printerpix using Groupon. The price without Groupon would have been $ 95.98, but with Groupon, it dropped to $ 5.99. Like my mother used to tell my father, «Larry, you buy cheap, you get cheap!!!»
First problem: the item we ordered was supposed to be delivered via UPS on a Wednesday, but then UPS handed it off to USPS and it didn’t get delivered until 5 days later.
Second, my 11×14 photo printed on aluminum, arrived bent. The envelope it came in had no warning on the outside like «Do not bend» plus it was a poorly designed package that offered no protection to the item.
Second problem: the reproduction of my photo was quite poor. Previous to this purchase, I had a another company produce a picture and the quality was outstanding. If it wasn’t for that first purchase, I would have abandoned the idea of metal printing entirely. Another quote from my mother, «you get what you pay for!»
I called Pinterpix to try and get resolve to this problem and I’m still waiting on hold (so far, it’s 10 minutes, but at least I can writing this review while waiting).
Spoke to Nicole and I do have to say she was very apologetic, professional and helpful. Because of her, I changed my rating from one star to two.

Bought deal from groupon. Paid extra for expedite service (ship & deliver in 2 weeks). After 2 weeks, did not receive the product. Called and waited 45+ minutes and was told product was not even near ready. Very upset and it just wasted my two weeks. Avoid this place at all costs!

Please listen to all of these reviews. This place is a joke and I will be reporting them to Groupon as well.
Customer service is horrendous and so is the product that this company sends out. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Do not deal with this company. Product arrived bent in half. I contacted customer service 5 times via email. I was promised a replacement product on 06÷29÷15 and still hasn’t shown up. Try calling them and they hang up on you or put you on hold for 30 minutes. This is outright theft. I will be disputing this with my credit card company and with the BBB.

For the love of your sanity do NOT order from this company. Run, run as fast as you can away from them. I ordered a metal print a month and a half ago and haven’t received it yet. I’ve sent 3 emails which I’m still waiting to hear back on and I’ve called twice… Be sure you have a LOT of time because you’ll be on hold for about an hour (I really wish I could say I was exaggerating… This last time I worked out, walked dogs, cleaned up, etc). The first time I called (over a week ago) I was told that they had run out of the size of metal I ordered but they would receive it within a few days and my order would be done and on it’s way by early the following week, oh and she put me on the priority list! The second time I called they told me the same thing and when I questioned it I was told their shipment had been delayed because it was coming from China but came in yesterday (right) but they’d put me on the priority list (that’s so sweet… I’m already VIP). I told her I just didn’t believe that and if my order was not printed, in the mail and an email confirmation sent to me by tomorrow to not even bother with the order. She said she’d let management know. I asked to speak with management who had just left (imagine that) and would call me tomorrow (I’m not holding my breath).
I so wish I had done my research first. I told her that and that the reviews on this company are horrendous and I have no idea how they’re still in business and I’ll be contracting the BBB. I’m pretty sure I’m not the first one to tell her that. Anyways… If you ever want what you purchased, don’t order from this company. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Oh man! I wish I would have thought to check Unilocal before making this purchase on Living Social. Lesson learned.
If you’re trying to promote your business by doing promotions like this, I would assume you have the staff to support it but not these guys.
I placed my order on May 11 and received an auto generated email saying I will hear from them when my order ships. (NEVER did)
May 26, I sent an email to customer service to which I received an auto reply stating that my inquiry was being assigned to a representative (STILL NO RESPONSE)
May 28, I called and waited for 45 minutes. I hung up because my lunch hour was over.
June 1, I spent another 30 minutes listening to their obnoxious recording. «Thank you for your patience» «Your call is important to us». Again, I hung up.
It’s June 2^nd and I haven’t heard from anybody. But you can bet I’m getting all my junk mail from them! This place need to stop promoting themselves until they get their stuff together.

Just trash. It has been almost 2 months and I haven’t gotten a print I ordered. I don’t live in Florida so I have been calling and calling, hours and they never pick up. Their line says «your call is very important» so important that u wait a whole hour at 4 and when 4:30 hits it disconnects and says they are closed.
I’ve written emails and nothing. Never order anything unless you want to get robbed.
Terrible experience I have yet to receive my order.

Terrible and slow. Avoid at all costs. They will not get your project done in less than 2 months.
Still waiting for mine (50% complete according to website…).

Considering I used a Groupon for a 16″ x 20″ metal print for $ 20, my expectations were low to begin with. I ordered the print a month ago… just received the third one yesterday and it was also dented.
I specifically used a black and white photo because I didn’t have confidence in their color accuracy. The first print was delivered about 10 days after ordering it with a blue color cast to it and without the mount I ordered. They responded quickly via email, and I received the replacement about 10 days later.
The print was better, this time with a slight magenta cast to it… not a deal breaker (at this point). The mount was included, however, it wasn’t mounted on the print. (Apparently this is how they send out their «quality» products) Because these two wood blocks were put in the box unsecured, they dented the metal severely.
Again, they responded promptly when I emailed them. Ten day later I get the third print, same issue, dented because of the unsecured wood blocks.
This time I decided to call them… even though my call was very «important to them» I tried several times waiting on hold for about ten minutes each time. On the fourth attempt I waited about 15 mins (Got lucky) and I finally talked to someone.
The «customer service» rep answered the phone as if I was calling her at dinner trying to sell a «Free» cruise. She did get the replacement ordered but I was obviously inconveniencing her… perhaps interrupting her Facebook stalking or hatred for the company she works for.
I explained the situation… of course, there wasn’t even a fake apology. She asked me what I wanted do, I told her to just send the print and not the wooden blocks. obviously they don’t understand how shipping works or how to package their own product.
We’ll see if they can get it somewhat right, on the fourth attempt… doubtful. These guys are comically incompetent.

I’ve received the 4^th one (3^rd replacement). Even though I specifically asked (Several times) them not to include the wood mounting blocks (they are denting the metal). They, of course included the wood blocks, not secured. As expected, the print was dented… exactly as I explained it to them.

Groupon deal or not… no deal is worth this crap.
I ordered 2 photo books for my mom and mother in law of our wedding to give them as a gift for xmas. Now, I ordered them 12÷14… but their website said 10 business days. If it got there a little late i was ok with that.
Guess what? 30 DAYS LATER… STILL WAITING. I got an email saying it shipped 3 days ago… i just tracked it and it still hasnt left the shipping facility. Their email says that i should receive it within 3 – 5 days of receiving the email, but I should wait 15 days total before calling. What a joke.
I contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue and the first time i emailed them i apparently emailed Europe so they redirected me to the US… go figure. I got a response saying my shipment should be shipping «any day now»… then it shipped 2 weeks later. Terrible customer service. At this point im just hoping the quality is good. and im not feeling all that optimistic

So I got a living social deal for this personalized photo website that lets you design your own photo books, calendars, and cute gift things like photo mugs, puzzles, shirts, sandals and the like.
I was excited because I like personalizing my gifts especially for CHRISTMAS.
Which was around the time I ordered my things. Ordered a wooden jigsaw puzzle which I am satisfied with. Ordered ¹²⁄₁₁ got it before Christmas.
Now I ordered two personalized calendars which was fun because I can pick my own photos and put it for each month. Ordered a little later on ¹²⁄₁₈. Was too hopeful to get it by Christmas. Then I thought maybe I can get it before New Years and it will be a somewhat late Christmas gift but at least they can still use the calendar for 2015.
But it didn’t come. So I thought maybe it’s the holidays. Give people a break. So I did.
Waited. Sent an email to customer support to see the status. Received prompt reply saying they will send it through «escalations.»
Waited… Decided to call two weeks later since their customer support email isn’t working anymore because I haven’t received a reply. Calling was a customer’s nightmare of being put on hold for almost half an hour. But then the one guy that is probably picking up everyone’s phone calls picks up.
He’s friendly. Checks on the status of my order.
Says it was supposed to be delivered end of December but it was delayed. Now it’s January. My late Christmas presents are now pathetic. They said they escalated production but it’s only in the second stage. Meaning it has not been made.
And now they will «urgently escalate» it.
All of the bad reviews written about Printerpix are true. Now I wish I had seen them before I bought but the other people probably bought it at the same time I did. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered a 16×30 photo-​to-​metal print from their website on ¹¹⁄₁₀ as a gift. After receiving a confirmation email I assumed that surely the order would be shipped to me before Christmas. After checking the status on the website and seeing that it was only 25% complete a month later I began TRYING to contact them by phone, which is next to impossible! When I finally got thru I didn’t get any answers but was told they would research and get back to me. That was s week ago and I have heard nothing. As I write this I have been on hold with them for 24 minutes. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this company!
