Ms. Hesse owned Girls Day Out Beauty Bar and Boutique which included a small hands on staff and on-​site plastic surgeon.

Ms. Hesse is a member of the Aesthetics Association of Florida as an original member. She has also conducted training and lectures at Spa Symposium IECSC. She also had won 2007 WESH A-​List finalist award for her expertise in waxing along with the FOX 35 News Health & Beauty Segment.
