After the nightmare I had at the Nissan dealership, it was a breath of fresh air the second I walked onto the Hertz lot. They had so many options and so many great deals, plus the staff here is wonderful, and went above and beyond. I was so nervous about buying a used car, but the second I saw the 2014 yaris, all the nerves went away. The purchase was quick and painless, and everyone was so friendly and eager to help. I hate car shopping… But going here was haggle free, no sales pitch, quick & easy! We got a great deal on a 2013 kia optima & are extremely happy with our decision to purchase here. I think we were in and out with financing under 2.5 hours on a busy day.
