Bill M.

Business Owner

Bill began his solo practice in New Jersey in 2006. He advises businesses and individuals on real estate, land use, finance and investment matters. Among his clients is one of the leading legal software providers in the industry today. He is also outside legal and project investment advisor to a private equity fund specializing in investments in the energy sector.

Previously in his career, Bill was an associate and then partner at the Philadelphia firm Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, in their business and corporate practice. Bill represented major banks in lending transactions, advised companies in the fields of transportation equipment, shipbuilding, insurance, medical equipment and delivery services, and became chief counsel to a leading company in the field of power generation from municipal waste.

Eventually, Bill left the firm and joined that company as a senior officer. He spent 18 in the private power generation industry before establishing his New Jersey practice.
