Business Owner

Phase II development LLC was started by Robert Griles who grew up in the construction industry and learned the meaning of old-​fashioned values and personalized service from his father, Victor Griles a Master carpenter. After early training from his father he continued his training with apprenticeship in electricity in a Missouri hospital apprenticeship program. Did 10 years with Mazzocchi Wrecking doing Demolition and settled in with Mechanical services (Heating, Venting, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration). Service, troubleshooting, installations and repairs with the customers comfort in mind.

In 2012 Robert founded phase II Development LLC with over 30 years experience and another 50 years experience that Tony Vele brings as a licensed electrician to provide you with the best service on your HVAC-​R equipment and Electrical installations.
