«I’m that Bride who wanted to cut corners and so I took my beloved dress to a local dry-​cleaner who insisted she could help hem and bustle my dress. HUGE MISTAKE! Working on a Wedding Dress requires special experience that she did not have. My dress was a mess when I picked it up and with tears, I found Renee (Geneva Lakes Alterations & Design) by searching online and crossed my fingers that she could help me. WHAT A GODSEND! Renee was so great to work with! She offered suggestions, listened to my concerns, helped me try to relax and laugh (I was a wreck), was super thorough, and was fabulous with communicating after I left. She finished fixing my hem and creating the bustle so quickly and it looked ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The Bustle lasted the entire evening of my wedding and I received so many compliments! Renee’s experience is completely priceless. I highly recommend her services!»
