Got my cartilage pierced here a few years ago. I forgot to rate them. Today I walked in for a quote on a piercing and was very pleased with the customer service Kyle provided. Kyle was happy to answer any questions I had! Thank you! I’ll be back for my next piercing !

Luke was awesome, he talked to us even though we were asking him tons of questions and he does amazing work, first time I’ve seen this guy tattoo and I see a lot of guys tattoo. Definitely an awesome tattoo artist to do your sleeve or chest piece. Overall awesome experience.

My wife and I came in today around 1:30pm as walk-in’s without any appointment and they were able to take us right away (SCORE!). First of all, Ivan is AMAZING and will probably be our designated Tattoo God after what he pulled off today. Even though we have plenty of other tattoos, the time and care that he took with each of our pieces was unparalleled! He did beautiful work on each of our tattoos!

This was my first tattoo and everyone made me feel super comfortable and made sure I had the design I wanted. I haven’t been to any other tattoo places, but this one was great! Everything was clean and neat! Love my tattoo!

I love this place! The atmosphere is great and everyone is always so nice. Paul Hernandez was recommended to me, which I am so happy about because now I won’t go to anyone else. He has this awesome way of turning an idea into something way better than I imagined, that fits me perfectly. I’m so happy with what he has done so far! His versatility, talent, and creativity make him amazing in his craft. I can’t wait for more!

I love coming to get therapy/​tattooed here! I go to Paul. He’s great! Not only is he an amazing artist, but he’s very creative and original. His work is clean, his colors are vibrant, and he’s great at putting your ideas together.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly, there is always someone to take care of you. Their waiting area is super nice too!

I started my leg sleeve with Luke morse at true at heart tattoo. I highly recommend this shop and getting your work done from Luke. He is truly amazing and I could not be happier with the way my leg is coming out. He has a very soft hand and works quick but does not lack in quality. His shading and line work is amazing! He is a very cool guy and really takes pride in his work I can’t wait to finish my leg up with Luke! Thanks again man!

There are some seriously talented artists here. I’ve been tattooed twice here and only got small pieces done, but I know a few people who get work done here and the tattoos they got from here are so well done. Also, if you just look at the artwork on the artists’ walls and portfolios, you can see for yourself how good they are. The first time I got tattooed here was for a Friday the 13^th special. Not only did my artist, Chris, let me pick whatever design I wanted, as opposed to picking from a flash sheet, but he also made the tattoo much bigger than the usual 2“x2″ requirement. That was a really nice plus. The second time I got work done here was on the 10 year anniversary of my mom passing away, and I wanted to get her old nickname in her handwriting tattooed. I wasn’t familiar with any of the artists here, so their apprentice Brad (he’s also tattooing now and does amazing work) recommended me to go to Michael for that piece. Michael worked with me on sizing and placement of the tattoo, and in the end, I walked out of there with a perfect replica of my mothers signature. This tattoo means so much to me and I was so glad to have someone do it exactly how it was supposed to be done. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I recently got work done by Matt Tischler at the Capo Beach location. Matt is truly an amazing artist, I told him what I wanted and what he came up with was honestly better than I even imagined. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and about the quality of his work. My tattoo is in honor of my grandma and she was even in awe when she saw it. I absolutley love it, my favorite tattoo so far and I am so glad I finally found such a talented artist. I will no doubt be going back to Matt for all my future tattoos. I would highly recommend checking him out if you are looking to get a tattoo!

I have gotten tattooed here multiple times by Paul Hernandez. I highly recommend Paul as he is very professional and his work is solid. I can’t wait to go back to finish my sleeve. He always has amazing ideas, and I am very comfortable with having him take control of any of my pieces.

I’ve been meaning to write this review since I got my tattoo 2 years ago. Vance did my tattoo– it was very small and very simple and I had a clear idea of what I wanted. Vance drew it up and got to work immediately. The whole tattoo took about 20 minutes, so not very long.
Overall it was very pleasant experience. Vance made me feel comfortable (it was my first one!) and chatted with me about life throughout the process. My tattoo healed absolutely beautifully.

My friend and I wanted to get a tattoo and it had been awhile and we didn’t know of any decent local places. I usually get my tattoos done in AZ. I had heard of this place before and looked up the reviews and made the appointments. We knew what we kind of wanted but still had questions. We arrived and our tattoo artists, Paul and Jared were very helpful and made suggestions that we actually really liked. They were very professional and took their time to create ART! We received detailed after care instructions and samples. Awesome! I will be definitely coming here again for my next tattoo! Oh ladies — there is no inside restroom.

Just wanted to stop by and say thank you too Paul Hernandez. Very professional tattoo artist, I explained that this was going to be my first big tattoo. He was understanding and helpful with choosing colors and putting together my crazy design I had in my head. I’m sooooo happy I chose to do my tattoo with him, looking forward to adding more ink thanks again Paul and see u soon.

Last night I finally got the ink I have so long desired. It was my first tattoo, and I went a little bigger than I expected for a first piece. I visited the shop 3 times. First, to just get a feeling for the vibe and energy. I walked in, and waited for a time, looking around, checking out the portfolio books, and familiarizing myself with the space. Eventually I was approached by Paul. He was very courteous and informative about the process, and I left with his card.
I came back the next day with my daughter, who will be getting her first ink in July. Paul was attentive, and answered all the questions we both had. We left with good information, and a good feeling about the place.
After sending Paul my design, he quickly returned my email with a hand-​drawn version. It was impeccable, and exceeded my expectations. I told him to book me at 5 the same day and we had a date. Paul had to shift the appointment an hour, and clearly communicated this via text with plenty of time to make the adjustment. I appreciated this.
When I showed up at the studio for the session, Paul was ready. His tools were out, clean, and well organized. He made the stencil, and applied it to my leg. I laid down after a 15 minute «curing» of the stencil, and away we went.
Paul is a very efficient artist, and worked smoothly to knock out the design in under an hour. This surprised even him, as he had estimated the work would take closer to 3 hours. I had a friend with me through the process and she was so impressed, she opted to get a piece from Paul on the spot.
He was professional, personable, funny, and made the experience as enjoyable as he could. I highly recommend Paul for your ink work.

My review is over a year late, but Matt really deserves the credit for his cover up work. My husband is a frequent flier to this place. I had a bad tattoo that faded color within a year. I was planning a wedding (blah blah blah) and didn’t want 1 000 000 pictures of a bad tattoo. He told me to see his guy (Matt) and he would fix it up. I am thrilled with how my tattoo came out. He did face some challenge with not being able to change the design but I couldn’t have asked for a better cover up for color!

So I’ve been going here for almost two years now and have gotten three tattoos here in total. Two big and one small one. I love the art here and the service that they provide and Matt is very accommodating to what I want and what I’m looking for. Every time I come in he makes sure I’m comfortable and that I was getting what I wanted and then some. I really like this place and vibe that it gives you when you walk in.
The rest of the guys are pretty cool, they’ll come around look at what’s goin in and it’s just a very laid back place. You don’t get the sketchy weird vibes you can get at some places lol, you know you’re in good hands when you sit in the chair here.
