Buyer beware! My wife signed up for a three month long Kick Boxing class. At the end the three months my wife was no longer going however they kept on charging our credit card. So we are out 1000 dollars, and they refused to reimburse us. Never ever give these dishonest people your credit card! We never authorized a monthly payment! Only three months. Don’t let them trick you!

If you are serious about working out and you want to shed some ponds. This is the place to go. Great group of people! Awesome work out! Lost 7 ponds in one month! looking forward to loosing some more.

I bought 10 kickboxing classes off of Groupon and I absolutely loved every single class. Leo and all of the people that run it are excellent. They push you and keep you motivated. I really enjoyed that every class was a little different. I didn’t get bored ever. The classes are difficult (especially for me because I hadn’t worked out in a few years), but you never feel like you can’t do it. Although it is in a class setting, you work at your own pace and you get individual attention to ensure you are doing things correctly. I was sweating like crazy just with the warm ups! After each class I felt empowered and like I could kick butt. I highly recommend trying them out, you won’t be disappointed. Just after 10 classes, I feel my fitness level has greatly improved.

I love 1 – 2 Punch/​I love Kickboxing! I have been doing it for over 2 months and have seen incredible results! I have lost weight and gained a new family! The class instructors really push you to work your hardest and get a good work out in! Even though it’s hard work it feels great knowing I know how to defend myself and that I get a good work out! I would highly recommend I Love Kickboxing to anyone that wants to get in incredible shape and make a new family.

If you are looking for a great place to get a good work and not feel intimidated when you walk in the door this is the place to go. I have been coming here for years for the kickboxing classes and I love it! I am so glad I came here — Master D, Anthony and everyone else are fabulous. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work out and meet some incredible people.

My 4 year old son started the Little Dragons program when he was 3.5 years old. It has been such an awesome experience! The instructors are amazing! Their level of patience with the children is wonderful. The kids are encourage participation through positive reinforcement which is why they have so much fun and are eager to cooperate and follow instructions.
The exercises they do are great for gross motor development. Coordination, strength, and balance are all promoted. Watching these little kids do kicks, punches, jumping jacks, and other drills is one of the cutest things in the entire world!
Most importantly, my son is happy and super excited to go to karate each week! I also love that he is engaged in a group activity but is able to advance at his own pace.

I joined the kickboxing class over a year now and I still love it! I live a little far but I really don’t mind because I enjoy it so much. The instructors are equally great and they keep you motivated. My first day was very intense, but I didn’t give up and I’m glad I didn’t. They keep track of your weight, your muscles, and your fat so you can find out if you improve or not. The music they play are fun and upbeat and the other kickboxers are friendly and helpful. I met a lot of great people. I recommend others to join because it’s a really great workout and you are having fun!

I came upon the 1 – 2 Punch school through an
deal on groupon. I had been interested in trying out kickboxing as an exercise workout. I joined the 1^st week of March and I absolutely love it! The instructor Leo was very nice and made me feel welcomed from the get go. He contacted me to set up my 1^st class and gave me a brief run down on what items i should bring to class. I went to my first class not knowing what to expect. I’ve got to say it was one hell of a work out and I enjoyed every moment of it! Within the 1^st 15 minutes I was dripping in sweat and we were only in warm ups. This Kickboxing class was very enjoyable! The instructor Leo was very interactive with the entire class. He greats everyone when they arrive. Throughout the class he walks around the studio and is ensuring that everyone is doing all techniques properly. He is also encouraging everyone to do their best at every workout. Although this is a class the instructors make it a point to work with everyone one on one. I really liked that they worked with everyone on a personal basis because it isn’t a sink or swim environment. There is music through out the class which makes it even better and super fun! the music is a great mixture of all different varieties and really gets you pumped up! Leo makes it fun because he is really interactive with the class and the music. You can catch him singing along. I absolutely love the encouragement i get through out the class. Like i said before I felt very welcomed since day 1. The other kick boxers in the class are very friendly as well. They also give encouragement and also assist other kick boxers with their techniques, specially newbies. After my 1^st class i felt very refreshed and energized. I knew this was the work out for me. I have been coming to the 1 – 2 punch I love kickboxing class for about a month now and i still enjoy every moment of the class. Everyday i look forward to going to class. Kickboxing is definitely my new hobby! A month in and I already feel myself getting stronger. Don’t worry if you feel the workouts are to much for you. You can go at your own pace and you will continue to get the encouragement and motivation from the instructors and other kick boxers. I highly recommend trying it out! You will LOVE IT!!!

I’ve been working out here for about 5 months now and absolutely love it! The atmosphere is great in that everyone is motivating and helps you go at the pace you want. I love the intensity of the work out and the upbeat music definitely helps too! Overall this is the best place I have found to motivate me to work out consistently.

I’ve never owned a gym membership in my 28 years of life and this year 2014 I was one of «those» people that made a resolution to start working out. I took a chance on the Groupon special to see if this would hold my interest (it takes a lot to get me to workout) and I have been pleasantly surprised.
I like that there is someone telling me what to do for the entire hour. I can’t be trusted to work out on my own, I basically need someone to tell me exactly what to do. It’s kind of like having a personal trainer. The teachers here are really nice and encouraging and non-​intimidating, which is important if you’re an anti-​gym rat like me.
The workout is AMAZING. I am literally drenched in sweat every single class. There is variety from class to class so we’re not doing the same thing every time. Also the class times they offer are perfect for those of us working all day.
I still struggle every day to get my butt off the couch to go to the gym but once I’m here, I feel so good and that feeling keeps me coming back for more.

We love 1 – 2 punch. My son does karate and I am in the adult karate and kick boxing. The instructors are awesome. They have taught my son a lot. They make me work my butt off. They make it fun.

My son started Karate Kidz last summer as a 5 year old who gave up on all sports after an awful T-​ball experience. He LOVES Karate. It’s seriously the best decision we’ve made to enroll him. A few months after he started I was inspired by my son to start the school’s Kickboxing. I’m almost down 40 pounds from when I started in October! The Master is super friendly. The instructors are awesome and encouraging. Great core building workouts for sure.

I was looking for a new workout routine and stumbled across The 1 – 2 Punch through a Groupon. It was the best money ever spent, and the most intense, exhilarating workout I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to continuing my workouts here and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is ready to break a sweat and throw some punches!

Its a shame to see one rating so low when all the other reviews are great, I’ve been coming here for about 9 months now I love their night classes, I never seem to make it on the weekend, I came upon this place through their groupon, which is an awesome deal and I’m so glad I went for it, its fun and quite the work out, I highly recommend this place, everyone is great and welcoming and encouraging, what do you have to lose, except a few pounds?

I’ve taken a lot of «kickboxing» classes which end up being «cardio kickboxing» this one is a little bit of both. They offer a more aerobic class and a more «technique» based class. but both, will kick your ass for sure. In addition, it doesn’t have the «fast moves» that the traditional cardio kickboxing classes that i’ve taken. You really can go at your own pace without being trampled. (you know, the classes that seem like you’re just doing dance moves vs a work out)
Class size is limited, everyone is really positive and the instructors are GREAT! They are not only encouraging, but will also push you hard core. I already feel the results and I’m only going once a week. They have a great internet deal for 5 classes (which includes the gloves) and I already signed up for a punchcard (will probably doing this class with some good old straight up running).
I really like the use of the punching bags, weight balls, etc. they make it pretty integrative work-​out. There is a lot of diversity too to each class. they always have something different up their selves. No 2 classes i’ve been to have been the same.
I signed up for a 65 class punchcard, and i’m ready to bring it. :)
PS. do the internet deal first. it gives you a feel of the class (1 class doesn’t do justice) and then they wave the start up fee after that. I signed up after the 5^th class and they waved it (vs making you commmit right after the 1^st class in the 5 class series)

Ive done a few different types of kickboxing classes over the last few years and this one is the best. I have never sweat so much in my life end enjoyed doing it. The class is tough but great for all different fitness levels because you can go at your own pace. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know, totally amazing!!!

I had been wanting to try a kickboxing class for ages, so when a Groupon popped up for this place 5 minutes from my house, I nabbed it right away. 10 classes and a set of boxing gloves for $ 50? That’s a ridiculous deal. I’ve been to two classes so far and I am already sure I’ll be joining once I’ve used up the Groupon. Their classes are really intense and you work up a ridiculous sweat. The instructors are great and take the time to make sure the newbies get the moves down.
The kickboxing classes do get busy, so you need to reserve your spot for each class. At first I thought that might be a pain because I liked the idea of being able to run off to a class last minute, but it actually helps keep me accountable and will make sure I can’t blow off class because I don’t feel like going. Not that I’d ever do that! ;)
If you’ve been wanting to give kickboxing a try, this is great place to do it!

Awesome workout! This is such a great place to try out kickboxing. I’ve been going here since April and it’s felt like I’ve known the staff much longer. They are very personable and encouraging. They really know what moves work to make everyone break a sweat! Not only will you burn calories and tone up at their classes, you will walk away feeling great! A bit sweaty, but great! 1 hour of time well spent! And as you can see from the picture I uploaded, 1 class a week for me has made quite an impact on my body!

This place is great! We have been to two classes already and they ave been intense. Both times I left the class feeling accomplished and I have learned some new techniques. It is fun pushing ourself to the max. Used groupon for an awesome deal of 10 classes for $ 50.

The instructors show you proper form, push you to your limits, & motivate you to come back and do it again. I am starting to see improvement in my endurance (which definitely wasn’t there before).
The establishment is filled with positive energy and everyone offers encouragement. You leave feeling like you worked out — awesome!!!
