I began this business in means to make a difference in this world. As we are still fairly new, my goal is to create a place for kids to get ecstatic about. With that being said who doesn’t love cookies and ice cream, then you mix those two together and put them in a cupcake, and there you have what we call «The Setup». I always encourage my customers to always check out my website as it will always have the most information that is up to date. A little bit about my background, I grew up cooking in the kitchen by myself, which left a lot of room for experimenting. Once graduating High School, I then attended a local community college, Orange Coast College, which further became a nationally accredited school. Moving forward from working and managing gourmet food trucks, I moved into the industry scene of restaurant chef. Having gone through the ups and downs, I decided to open up shop.
