There is no one better that Moe, the owner, who has the Midas Touch when it comes to repairing computers. No matter what is the issue, Moe is the man that can fix anything. I have gone to Moe several times for repairs. He charges a super reasonable price and is very knowledgeable. He had to wipe my computer because I had a virus. He then reinstalled all of my documents and programs, which can be a lengthy process. Some shops would probably charge for all of that time. He however, works in tandem, and does other work while your lengthy programs like Photoshop are loading. He seemed to have about 6 computers loading programs at once when I was watching. He is also really nice and personable. Go to Moe!

Our golf club computer needed replacing. Moe did an excellent job; not only did he build us a new computer, he also reconfigured our old computer to the new one so essentially all we had to do was plug the new one in. This was especially important because we didn’t have the CD for our MS Office. He was very efficient and turn around time for everything was 2 days! I highly recommend Moe to anyone looking for a new computer or having trouble with an existing one. You might have to slow him down, though… he talks at lightning speed! Thanks Moe.

My wife took Grandma’s computer in for service. Grandma living in Leisure World is why my wife used this shop so far from our home. Since she was going to a repair shop, she took our kids’ old laptop in because the wireless wasn’t working. When she picked Grammy’s computer, the owner, Moe told her he needed the power cord for the kids computer… WTF? This guy has a repair shop and no power cord?
I told my wife to pick up the kids’ laptop on her next visit to Gram’s. When she went there, the guy couldn’t find the computer. Again… WTF? My wife and kids have been in Chicago since March so it’s my duty to take care of all our business here before I head back east.
Long story short, I called Moe this morning and told him I’d be picking up the laptop and he told me «oh that one was bad so I threw it in the recycle bin». For the third time… WTF??? When I asked him why he didn’t inform my wife, he said he left a message. Bull shit!
This business doesn’t deserve the one star, but I had to give it in order to let you good people know about this shady business!
