James just finished several projects at my home. Everything turned out perfect! This guy is a true professional.
Not only did James do a great job he was very cool with our dogs. James did everything from plumbing to electrical. He cleaned up and was very neat. I highly recommend his services.

I am extremely pleased with the work done at my house by James. I had my fourth slab leak and needed repairs done due to water damage, which included drywall, rebuilding part of my kitchen cabinets, baseboards, door casing, and painting. James is very meticulous and pays attention to detail and he cleans the entire work area before leaving each day! He was pleasant to have here and I would definitely hire him again for any work I might need in the future. I highly recommend him! Thank you again James!

After just moving in to a new house in Laguna Niguel, we had lots of things that needed to be done. We also didn’t have the time or skills to do it ourselves.
He hung a heavy and difficult to install medicine cabinet, made new interior shelves for an antique pine dining room hutch and replaced a non– working bathtub drain.
Plus a long list of other things.
His fee was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Finally, a PROFESSIONAL Handyman I can rely on!
From the first phone call (which was returned PROMPTLY and Courteously), James Nichols was a true professional. I had a list of items that he estimated over the phone. He set the appointment, kept it, showed up on time, dressed professionally, heck – even his truck was clean. EVERYTHING was done perfectly and to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend (a bit reluctantly – I’d like to keep him a secret!)!!!
Work completed: Garage door opener installed, bathroom lighting fixture fixed, leaky hose bib fixed, and house number installed.
