The wait times seem to depend on what time of day you are visiting — mornings are longer, afternoon there’s none. Dr. Berk is great! He spends the time talking to you about what is needed and treatment options. It’s rare that you don’t feel rushed out of a doctor’s office, so it was especially nice that he takes the time with his patients.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Berk’s and while it’s true his desk staff and waiting periods are not the best, Dr. Berk and his staff are very serious, competent, cautious and knowledgeable. Not 5 star because of the waiting and the desk staff.

You will wait a long time. I waited over an hour. Shortly after I first arrived, I heard someone else come in and check in with the same appointment time as I had. I asked the receptionist about this and she said that they double-booked. This receptionist had fake fingernails out-to-there with lots of glitter glued to them and sharpened into very sharp points– scary! Hope she wasn’t touching any meds — who knows what lurked under those! . But once you get in, Dr Berk is very good and very competent as is his medical staff.

I’ve taken my daughter here three times, and that should have been enough. I spent 20 minutes this morning trying to schedule another appointment with nothing but background music to keep me company. I’m done. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They act put out when I call for a refill. Appointment times don’t mean anything except a long wait in the waiting area and then again in the treatment room.
