We called Joe just days before the Holiday Weekend (July 4th) and he was gracious enough to come out and clean our one carpeted room, it’s about 275 sq. foot but messy from 2 dogs. Joe was awesome! He came right out & had it all cleaned up in under an hour! The carpet is perfect, smell is gone and the spots have disappeared, we’d definitely use him again! Thank you Joe!

We’ve had the same carpet in our house for more than 7 years and it has survived two kids and a puppy thanks to MIT Chem Dry. Joe is the ultimate professional who is not only fair and hard working, he’s friendly and personable. O’ya, he’s also helped save my favorite arm chair and chaise lounge from two kids and a puppy too :). I’ve recommended him to everyone I know, including my employer for a large scale office building cleaning, who was extremely satisfied with his work.

Prompt, efficient, professional and fair. All of these things seem pretty standard. But not so much these days. However Joe exemplified all of these to the highest level. Joe did an awesome job cleaning by tumbled travertine floors. By the time he was done I swear they looks like he just laid brand-​new flooring in my home. I will definitely recommend Joe to friends and family with confidence.

MIT Chem Dry did a very good job, Joe was honest and worked hard. He didn’t try to make me pay more by adding sneaky prices, Joe did a great job and I had all my windows inside and out cleaned, he also washed the screens, So happy writing his check. He will do my carpets and windows from now on, I highly will recommend him to my friend and family.
