Jack In The Box

The worst customer service EVER by ROBERTO. What a joke, been coming here for years and tonight because if him, will NEVER RETURN. Do HANDLE WITH MITTENS or he gets a snag in his braces, I mean panties. Jerk off.
Every other employee there rocks.

The staff working here, no matter what time of day, are always nice. I especially like the drive thru talent. Always smiling and polite. Today I went inside and the place is super clean, pleasant music, and once again smiles. Thank you for reminding me to smile as well.

I went in the drive-​thru a little after 11pm to get a quick late night snack after work. Alexis was the nicest, most caring employee I’ve dealt with not only at Jack in the Box, but any quick service restaurant. She asked how I was, where I worked, how work was and generally cared about me and had excellent manners to top it all off. She made my night end on a good note and I hope she gets recognized for her work. Thanks Alexis!

I don’t go through fast food places too often but this is the second time they left the bacon out! I only ordered a bacon ultimate cheese Burger by itself and they left the bacon part out! Again! Why am I paying extra for bacon and they never put bacon in it. So I paid twice for something I did not get. Bacon fail.

This place closes before it’s supposed to. What gives?
It’s very frustrating to come here with 30 minutes to spare before they close, only to find all of the lights off.

Craved a Jumbo Jack and came here lol. I usually order to-​go but today I decided to chillax while looking at facebook on my phone. I don’t know if this is a new thing, but when I ordered the meal to dine-​in I got my meal in a basket instead of it placed on a tray. Hey I thought it was nice. Food was good and the restaurant was clean when I went.
Okay I know this isn’t their fault, but the store is next to a skate park. This means a bunch of teenagers come in to the restaurant constantly. Again I usually order to-​go and so I don’t normally notice how obnoxious the teens are when they won’t stop cussing at each other in their prepubescent voices. So if you plan on bringing your kids inside, be aware that these 12-​year-​olds will be talking about sex and smoking and how much they hate their parents and cussing at the employees and just being rude. If it wasn’t for these kids being stupid and loud, I’d rate this place a 4 but idk. But yeah, never dining inside unless with friends I guess.

They need to learn to speed it up for the breakfast run.

If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. I came in to this Jack in the Box to order a drink. The restaurant was filthy and on top of that, there was a bent cigarette on the ordering counter right by the cash register. When I approached the counter to order, the manager didn’t remove the cigarette… I was stunned. He finally noticed my hesitation and slowly removed the cigarette with his glove covered hand and put it in his pocket. I was still shocked because he didn’t immediately remove his plastic glove after! He then slowly removed his plastic glove (only because I still hesitated to order) and threw it away after touching a cigarette on the front counter. I told him that was extremely gross. For ANY restaurant manger to be okay with a cigarette on any customer facing counter is completely unacceptable. It makes me wonder what they «get away with» behind the counter… I do NOT recommend any Jack In The Box restaurant after this experience.
I ordered a drink simply because I used the restroom. Otherwise, I would have walked out.
I also reported this after taking a survey of the restaurant on my receipt. A few days later, a very unprofessional individual left a voicemail message on my phone, half heartedly apologizing and not doing a good job of assuring me that this will not happen again.
Again, unless you’re okay with extremely unsanitary kitchens, do not run the risk of getting some food poisoning from Jack In The Box.

Honestly today really reminded me of why I don’t eat at Jack in the Crack at all. I came in for dinner because my mother wanted Jack for some insane reason. We ordered two number 5’s the Ultimate bacon cheeseburger. I asked for one with lettuce. The other a simple plain. They bring our tray with two burgers that didn’t at all look like a #5 so the lady is trying to argue with me saying my order is correct when I have my receipt that clearly says what I asked for. I honestly don’t know how to continue on without getting pissed off again. I didn’t even eat the food from fear of them taking my burgers back n spitting on them for extra flavor.

Looked at like I was a thief when they left out items I paid and ordered. They didn’t even bring me my items when they said they would. Very lazy.

I came up here one night in search of delicious nacho tacos and the first thing I noticed was some sewage type of smell. I’m not sure the source but I think there’s a little «creek» that hopefully is the culprit.
I ordered three of those tacos so I could gorge my nacho addiction and some curly fries to top off the pigout. I should have checked the bag but I was thinking food only so when I got home I discovered I had 1 taco and curly fries. Wtf! My receipt reflected the wrong order so at least my wallet didn’t suffer.
The one nacho taco was extra delicious though.

I love Jack. I enjoy the food.
I hate that they get so cheap that they don’t give you napkins. I understand that you can’t put them out because people take a lot and waste them or just take them.
But come on give me one.

Most likely the best JIB I’ve been to. Clean as a whistle. I usually go for breakfast, a extreme sausage sandwich, today I tried the monster breakfast taco, which instead of lettuce and the usual mystery meat, it is eggs on top of the mystery food product, beans?, cheese and sauce.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They look down on you if you order from jack menu. And they dump the fries that was dropped on table back to your Togo bag. Don’t ever come to this jack in the box.

Very friendly staff; they’ve never got my order wrong. This location is right across from Etnies skatepark, so there a lot of skater kids hanging out on the weekends (NTTAWWT).

You can get coupons for so many good things to try. Like this breakfast waffle sandwich, buy one and get one free. Can’t beat that! Plus the staff is so nice.
Only thing is the bathrooms have bums visiting them a lot, so avoid them unless you really have to go.

This Jack in the Box is conveniently located across from a Home Depot. So you can grab lunch and supplies for a project when you head home. The only thing I usually compare fast food places to are their other stores. This is one of the better ones I’ve been to but I can’t think of anything that really stands out in particular. I’m not a fan of their shakes though because they make them too thick. I remember going to a Jack in the Box in San Francisco cause I was dying of thirst, only to get a shake that I couldn’t drink. I ended up throwing the whole thing away and buying a Snapple from Walgreens. Yeah… Jack needs to train his staff on the consistency of milkshakes. I basically had ice cream in a drinking cup.

Good JITB. Conveniently located next to two tunnels on a corporate walking path where, I assume, in a more populated city would be riddled with the homeless receiving/​giving handy jays.

The new Philly cheese steak melt is brilliant. I love JITB the most of all the fast foods. They have a nice menu for burgers and sandwiches. And their curly fries is awesome. The spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good too. Their service is very good. I haven’t had any experiences with wrong orders in any JITB!

I’m not looking for fine dinning here but get my order right especially when I tell you it 3 times.
I ordered 3 hamburgers, she said 2 twice after I corrected her twice she said it correctly and charged me for 3 along with the rest of the food I ordered… for many people I might add I did not eat all this food my self.
Anyway you can probably guess what happened I got 2 burgers, couldn’t tell till I got back to work cause they where at the bottom of a huge bag with other stuff on top of it.
