Established in 1999.

Since graduating from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, I have used my hands in a heart-​centered and intentional way to support and facilitate the healing process for many individuals. Through the years as a massage therapist I have also developed a unique ability to help people identify the physical and emotional pain created by past traumas. Unresolved traumas can manifest as physical pain, illness, addiction and paralyzing fear, anxiety disorders, personal and professional setbacks, and a broad spectrum of relationship problems.

Business Owner

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in a wide variety of modalities. I have been practicing massage and body work since 1999 and I am Certified in the State of California. I have extensive experience with pregnant women and after-​labor moms. I describe my work as heart center and detail oriented. I have the gift of connecting at soul level with the person I am working. I also became a Trained Labor Doula in 2013; I specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage. I have extensive training in massage and other forms of body work, but I believe my best schooling has come from my precious clients who have graced my table. Being on the receiving end of massage has been tremendously enlightening as well.
