I’ve been to over 6 different chiropractors over the course of 13 years and honestly, i lost hope; That is until i luckily found Dr. Olsen from group-​on! He has helped me come a long way. He is not only exceptional at what he does, but is also a very kind and generous person. As someone in the physical fitness industry, my word carries my reputation with it. But with out hesitation i steak my reputation referring my friends and clients to Dr. Olsen, because i know they will be in good hands.

We are very thankful for Dr. Olsen and his advanced knowledge and techniques. He wants to resolve the root cause of the health issues; this is very important to us. He is also very kind and compassionate. My daughter and I recommend Dr. Olsen.

Dr. Olsen has been caring for me a little over a month, or two.
In the short span, I have noticed a major change in my overall health, thanks to his approach.
I’ve seen a few chiropractors prior to him and they focus on the classic popping and turning you loose technique.
Dr. Olsen however, takes his time to pay attention to your body’s cues, then works from there.
It’s refreshing to feel like I have a care provider who genuinely cares about me when I walk into the door, and not just my money.
We work on my «core issues» repeatedly which is something that my other chiropractors didn’t address.
Dr. Olsen is also big on teaching you about your body and how it works, which I appreciate immensely.
The receptionist Tara is also really helpful and sweet.
I’m always informed of my appointments and checked in on.
I feel like family here!

I really look forward to my sessions every week. Dr. Olsen and Tara are very kind and actually care about my health. I feel much stronger mentally and physically already. Best way to start the day. Don’t get me started on the massages! Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Dr. Olsen is the Best!!! I have been to many Chiropractors in my life and he is so much more than just a Chiropractor. I have been seeing him now for six months. I have had chronic pain in my right leg for almost three years. Pain that made driving my car difficult. I was limited to 20 to 30 minutes. His approach is so different than anything else I have been through. I did the physical therapy thing and that did not bring relief. After seeing Dr. Olsen I can now drive without the worry that I will have to pull over because of the pain. He is a true wellness healer. In addition to treating my leg he has helped me with nutrition and in the last 4 months I have lost 37 pounds, so far. I just can’t say enough about this man. If you are having any type of pain issue, nutrition issue, weight loss, etc. just give his office a call. Tara in the office is very sweet and helpful.

Dr Olsen has helped me tremendously! I like that I come in and get educated as well as treated. Knowing what’s going on with my body helps me to better understand the treatment and all Dr O’s requests. Sitting at my desk and/​or in the car all day takes a toll. Coming into see the doctor makes daily life more manageable.

Dr. Olsen has been a tremendous help to me, when no other Dr. could figure out what was wrong. much more than a chiropractor. Can not emphasize enought how great he is. The office environment is warm friendly and inviting too.

Bad billing practices

This is my first ever Unilocal review and Dr. Olsen is the reason! Dr. Olsen has been so helpful in helping me regain the range of motion in my hips and surgically repaired elbow and knee. I have been to chiropractors up and down the state of California and Dr. Olsen is the first chiropractor to use kinesiological testing before each session to ensure he gets to the root of the cause. The methods he has used with in me have been great in restoring my long lost posture!

This was my first visit for an adjustment with Dr. Olsen. I have been getting adjustments for 30 years. This is the best one I have ever had.

This chiropractor is so much more than just a chiropractor! I have been to many different types of therapists including chiropractic, spinal decompression, massage therapists, acupuncturists and other types of muscular therapy, but this doctor is something special! He really listens to what his patients are saying, and goes above and beyond to heal them. I initially went to Dr Olsen for bone spurs in my neck, and he’s helped me feel better all around! He even gives me excellent nutritional advice! I also need to mention that his receptionist is amazing and so helpful all the time!

I have been treating with Dr Olsen for the past 10 years. He is a great chiropractor and knows exactly what is the cause of you problems. I have had many adjustments by other chiropractors and he is the one that I trust the most. I have many chiropractors in my town, but I make the 25 minute drive to see him. I trust him with my prize positions, my daughter and husband. I would recommend Dr. Olsen to anyone.

I purchased a groupon for a massage from this office months ago. I attempted to schedule an appointment, but found that their office hours for a massage was inconvenient for me (I think it was Mondays only from 9−5pm). Having a massage person one day a week during business hours doesn’t seem like the best availability for a full time working professional. Not only was that difficult to schedule, an initial exam was necessary to schedule too. prior to the massage being scheduled. The hours for the initial exam were Monday-​Friday from 9−5pm as well which again, was inconvenient timing for a full working individual.
I politely requested to speak to the doctor to see if I can bypass his initial exam since I didn’t need any chiropractic services and only purchased the Groupon for the massage. I told him that I have done the chiropractic exam and massage deal over 15 times in the past few years and am positive that I did not need any chiropractic services as I did not have any issues that needed to be corrected. I told him that I would hate to waste his time with an exam because that is what it would ultimately result in. He was inflexible and stated that I still needed to come in.
After several attempts of him trying to «selling» me on his services (with no regard to my history and what my needs were)… he got defensive, unprofessional, rude and ended up being completely dishonest. I attempted to call groupon to get a refund from my terrible experience with Dr. Olsen and they claimed that my coupon was marked as «used» when I never step foot in that office. The receptionist stated that I never used the Groupon which was correct. After I let a few days go by, I called the office back to schedule an appointment. I called the office several times and left voice messages that were never returned.
Quite unbelievable how unprofessional this business is run. Once I called from another phone that showed up as a blocked number, low and behold they picked up the phone! I attempted to schedule an appointment and the front desk lady stated that the doctor did not want to honor my groupon because it showed up at «used» on the groupon system when the front desk lady confirmed that I never used it and I personally never stepped foot in that office. I don’t know how this man can sleep at night knowing how he can uphold a lie. I stated that they can look up their files and will absolutely NOT find my profile in there because I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment (let alone step foot in that office). They responded with, «there is nothing we can do and you will have to take it up with groupon».
This was the worst experience I have ever had and would absolutely NOT do any business with Dr. Olsen given his dishonesty, inflexibility, and unprofessionalism. It is moments like these where I spend my time sharing my experience so that people like you (on Unilocal) will not have to experience the terrible service I have received. Good riddance!

My life saver!!! I’m really not trying to be dramatic but Dr. Olsen has helped my health (and overall life) more than any other person in the world has. I have been to more doctors, specialists and chiros than I can honestly even keep track of. I have been bouncing from doctor to doctor, taking endless harmful prescriptions, and been in excruciating pain for the past 3 years. Doctors and PA’s have given me incorrect diagnoses from depression to fibromyalgia, ordered endless blood tests, CAT scans, and MRI’s just for everything to come back «normal» and my pain was only getting worse. By the time I found Dr. Olsen I couldnt even speak about my condition without being overwhelmed with sobs. In all reality in my every day life I could not speak about ANYTHING that was bothering me weather it be a small issue at work, or a small issue at home without crying about it (all because of the pain I was in). How embarrassing right:? Thankfully Dr. Olsen is a true miracle worker. From my very first visit with him I felt an INCREDIBLE difference. He has truly given me my life back. I am able to function almost completely normal now. He is more than a chiropractor, he is an internal investigator. Something all doctors should be but arent. His intelligence so far in my experience has been unmatched. I am so grateful to have found him, and recommend anyone and everyone to give him a visit. Even if you are wondering about nutrition he is the man to see, he will give you tons of helpful information to live a healthy lifestyle. And of course I didn’t forget about his equally amazing receptionist Tara. This sweetheart brightens my day every time I see her. I cannot stand how rude some of the office girls have been in the medical field, If they are rude that says something about their superior and I will not return. Tara here has enough kindness for all of them! I absolutley love coming here and even though it takes me 2 ½ hours to get home with the lovely parking lot we call the 91 freeway, it worth it every single time.

I have been seeing Dr. Olsen for over a year now. My body was a mess. I am now feeling much better. I sleep better as well. The staff is also very friendly. I feel very comfortable in his office. He is there to help and answer question any time.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Olsen for around 8 months now and I couldn’t be happier. He takes his time with each person and explains in detail why he is doing what he is doing. I was in a car accident last year and (due to some complications) I need to continue treatment. for a bit longer than expected. Dr. Olsen and his staff have been great with my crazy schedule! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I got into a car accident back in Oct and I was sandwiched between two cars! My back, arms, legs, and neck were just in knots and a huge mess! Dr. Olsen was very attentive and got me back to feeling better in no time. Eric, in the front office is friendly and seems to know all the patients that walked in by name. Dr. Olsen made me feel like he was treating only me and my symptoms. He never treated me like «money» coming in his door. They are a down to earth office with a comfortable vibe!

Bought custom orthotics from Olsen Chiropractic. After paying more than $ 250 for the orthotics, he cut them up so bad and in a rush, they always slide in my shoe. When I went back to get them checked he charged me for a full visit.
