History

Established in 2007.

During a time when the mortgage industry saw an unprecedented series of changes and upsets, two gentlemen left their positions of 12+ years, working at a large mortgage brokerage in Orange County, CA to start Franklin Advantage Inc. One of them was the prior company’s top producing Loan Officer (with 20+ years residential lending experience under his belt) and the other was the former Operations Manager (with 15+ years experience in the Business Office as well as having several years of loan processing experience under his belt.) After reinventing themselves numerous times, Franklin Advantage Inc. eventually went on to become a busy, direct lender offering cutting edge loan programs and service to its clients and colleagues. In their 8^th year in business, Franklin Advantage Inc. has become established as a consistent, reputable and experienced lender in South Orange County, California.

Jeff Yorke has worked in the mortgage business for 20 years. As an experienced Operations Manager he brings structure, back office and technology support as well as first class client care as needed. He’s also been known to facilitate some hard-​to-​do short sale negotiations, in order to save our clients’ homes from being lost to foreclosure sale.
