I took my grooming van here after I was involved in a car accident. A truck hit me on the driver side rear next to my generator. They had my company truck for a week. They couldn’t find what was wrong with it so they just started replacing parts, starting with the most expensive ones. They overcharged my for the parts too. I paid a total of $ 2,000. When I got my van back it still wasn’t working correctly. When I brought it back, the guy up front said, «It’s always something.» And that they needed it for another week! As a mobile groomer I couldn’t afford to take another week off when they didn’t fix it to begin with. The generator had a pinched exhaust. This place is a rip off and they have no idea what they are doing. I want my money back since I was 100% taken advantage of!!!

Very bad customer service! I went in and was waiting for 15 min no one was available. Someone comes out cause the phone was ringing, he didn’t even acknowledge us! I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

I have been taking my trailer to these guys for years. Always the best service and knowledgeable staff. I have never had an issue with any of their work and they always get it back to me on time.

Brought my tailer here for a estimate to replace my rubber roof and fix my fridge. After five weeks they still had not prepared me even a estimate. I finally needed the trailer, so I had to pick it up. They told me that they had at least fixed the fridge. Ok great. Put $ 180.00 worth of food in the fridge. Guess What ! Fridge is doing the same exact thing. Now what!
People are allowed to make mistakes, but when I called no one seemed to care. I own a auto repair shop, and when someone has paid us for a repair, we make time to correct our mistakes, when they occur. We don’t tell the customer later, we are too busy. So in five weeks time, all I have achieved is giving them my money. Fridge is still broken. $ 128.00. Approx
I was at El Toro Rv years ago for a generator repair. They called and said it was done. The technician there said he had run the generator for hours with the AC on. When I got home the generator wouldn’t start. Upon my investigation the generator was only sitting in its cradle. Nothing was hooked up. Fuel supply and all wiring disconnected. How could he have ran the generator for hours, let alone with the AC on.
I would go back, but I have lost confidence in the workmanship.

I must say I very wrong about these guys they were only trying to help me I was very frustrated over my situation and I took it out on the wrong place I went there today and everyone was very helpful to me I guess sometimes you don’t want to hear the truth but they were very patient with me today and I realized I was taking my frustrations out on the wrong people that’s why I spent over 400 and I will be back in a couple days to probably spend another 400 I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone I just really wish I could figure out how to get my previous comment off of here I really apologize to El Toro RV and their staff they were only trying to help and by the way doing price comparison their prices are actually pretty reasonable

They are over priced. The repairs that they made to my trailer is not quality work for the high price that I paid. When I picked up my trailer I found it dirty inside from all of the construction waste. There was saw dust, wire clippings, screws and other messes that were not cleaned up after the repairs. Very dissatisfied with the quality of their work, the inflated prices, and the lack of respect by leaving my trailer dirty.

My husband and I stopped here, unannounced, because we were having brake trouble with our trailer. He happily checked it out, in the crazy heat, for almost an hour. He even changed wires and brake controller to get to the bottom of the issue. He couldn’t figure it out, so we need to come back for an appointment.
We tried to pay him, he would have none of it. Will happily return here.

They fixed our hitch problem very quickly at a reasonable price. Would go back. Larry and crew are very competent and knowledgable, Thank you

I notice in two recent reviews people received good service from Larry. Scroll down and you will see a critical review that I wrote. Larry read the review and called me. He wanted to make it right. I appreciate the call. If Tony would have had the same attitude Larry did, I would not have written the review. If you have any trouble at all, ask for Larry.

I have a 2004 Dolphin motor home and have had El Toro RV work on it a couple of times in the last 2 years. Though I was sceptical at first, I have to say they performed all work very well and at a reasonable price. Larry, in service, has helped me twice to solve an electrical problem over the phone at no cost. So, I have to say I am pleased.

Getting ready to leave on a trip and my refrigerator would not work. Had power to it and everything. Just recently had some warranty work done on it and couldn’t figure it out. Had to load up a cooler so we could still go on our trip. I got to our destination and figured that I would call some places to see if they could troubleshoot this with me and a few places (even the one that did my warranty work) said «no, you need to make an appointment and bring it in». I finally called El Toro RV and talked to Larry. Told him that I had warranty work done and now it doesn’t work at all. He knew exactly what I was talking about and told me that the warranty part had failed. Told me how to bypass the part and got my refrigerator working in a matter of minutes.
It’s places like this and honest people like Larry, that I will take my coach to for service. They could have had me schedule an appointment and charged me to do this easy fix, but instead, they helped me out and saved my weekend. I’ll definitely have my coach in for service with these guys. i recently purchased a convection/​microwave oven made by Domentic. i had a problem with opening the door of the appliance. Dometic referred me to this store for warrantee work. i was told by El Toro Rv Service Center that even though they were an authorized dealer they would not look at it because I had purchased it from another store. I called Custom RV in Irvine another authorized dealer. They told me to bring it in even though I had not purchased it from them. I eventually took it to Camping World and they exchanged it for a new appliance.
