No words can describe how happy I have been with John at Eastern and Western Therapy. Over the years I have been to several massage therapists, and John is definitely the best. He did a very good job diagnosing the problems I have with my knee and tailoring a variety of techniques to treat it. (He is highly trained in myo-​fascial and myo-​skeletal massage). When I leave the office I always feel a tremendous relief of pain in my knee and my walking keeps improving. He is a great therapist with a big caring heart. Even though I had to wait a number of weeks to see him, it was worth the wait. I feel very grateful for having found him.

WONDERFUL! John is amazing and he is the only one who eased my back pain due to Degenerative Disk Disorder. He truly cares and is a therapist because he wants to help and not just make money. When he told me the price, I was STUNNED! Extremely reasonable price and for quality of care John gives, it was almost nothing!

John is excellent, my partner & I were referred to John, we were struggling to find an excellent therapist for months & now we see John on a regular basis, he’s extremely knowledgable & has really helped us with our back pain, tight IT bands & more. My partner ruptured his Achilles, John has been working on it for a few months & it’s really helping with my partners healing & recovery.
We highly recommend John, very nice guy, really friendly & we always enjoy our visit!

My initial review was based on my first visit with John. Now that I’ve gone to him several times, I still firmly stand by my positive review.
My stress manifests in my neck and shoulders. John spends extra time in those areas but still attends to other major areas equally. I’ve tried cupping the past two visits. If you’ve been wary to try it, I highly recommend it. It has helped with my neck and shoulder tightness so much! It leaves funny bruises, but those go away in 4 – 5 days. (Since I bruise easily, it lingered for eight days.) If anyone asks, just make up a story about how you were attacked by an octopus.
I cannot thank John enough for the work he does. He’s a brilliant professional and inspiring person.

This is the second time I have ever Unilocaled but John deserves this.
I was referred to John a couple of years ago when I couldn’t walk/​stand/​sit/​work/​function due to my herniated disc pushing on my sciatic nerve.
He helped me for months to get back on my feet with out surgery (even though the insurance company approved it) I was so tight on cash at the time he even gave me a free session. He has a huge heart.
He knows his stuff, he is strong with his hands, this is not a soft girly massage* he is patient and he will explain exactly what he is doing.
I was referred to him and ever since than I have referred multiple people to him. Both my girlfriend and I drive 30 minutes south once a month for his service.
If you are in pain or just trying to maintain, do your self a favor and go see John.

John knows his stuff! He uses a variety of therapies: deep tissue, hot stones, cranial sacral and myofascial release. My favorite is the cupping, which always improves my situation. He’s helped me with both injuries and «the pains of growing older». Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, pain or just want to feel better, I highly recommend him.

John has to be the best therapist out there. I was suffering from a severe ankle injury and in just weeks I was back to walking with no pain and no longer limping around. Months after my ankle injury healed I ended up getting in an accident and could barley move my neck to the left because my spine was being pulled to one side by inflamed muscles. Again, I went to John at Eastern & Western Therapy and he healed me incredibly quick with a cupping technique. John is extremely good at what he does and knows an incredible amount about the human body.

John is a great therapist that knows his stuff. The facility is quiet and appropriate for massage therapy, and there’s not a lot of outside noise seeping through the walls like many places. Eastern & Western Therapy is open convenient hours on weekends (including Sundays) and the rates can’t be beat. By all means I would recommend Eastern & Western Therapy.

You need to make an appt way in advance unless there is a cancellation. Within minutes my sacral iliac pain (pinch in my hip) was gone with their techniques! Yay! Very clean, nice, and professional.
