The Frosted Cake studio opened in July 2015. The Frosted Cake specializes in custom cakes but also offers a variety of cupcakes, cookies, bars and desserts for every occasion.

Tracy G.
Business Owner
Located in Lake Forest Park, WA, owner, baker and decorator, Tracy Stockweather Gamble has travelled the world in pursuit of a culture-wide understanding of creating cakes and pastries. Beginning in Dallas she attended the El Centro Pastry Arts Program where she quickly advanced her base set of skills before moving on to London, England. Here she began the first (Basic) of three advancing courses at the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu, completing this course with the honor of «Mention Bien with Credit.»
She continued her training at Le Cordon Blue (Intermediate) on the other side of the world in Sydney, Australia learning new local flavors and skills. Tracy was able to further perfect her skills completing the course with the honor of «Distinction».
In 2013 Tracy completed her classical French techniques at Le Cordon Bleu (Superior) in Paris, France and earned her toque and «Diplome de Patisserie.»
