WC Tree Service

I was so pleased with the service. Had a house for sale and the appraiser called out the trees and required them to be trimmed down a lot. Was notified that sellers wanted to close in a week. Called and explained my situation and they made it happened. Had a crew out on Saturday to get the trees trimmed. Did a great job on the trees and clean up really know what they are doing. So professional and I thought what they did for us was priced really reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friend.

There service was excellent. I called they came right out to give us a quote on removing a huge tree and trimming down our pine tree. They came in 2 days on time. They worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I’m handicapped and could not see what they had done and the owner took some pics. And showed them to me when they were finished so I could see. That meant a lot to me. Thank u for the great work. I will recommend them to everyone.

Very pleased with the tree trimming they did at my mom’s home in Sun City. We thought they would need to reschedule due to the weather but they showed up on time and completed the work despite the rain.
The other estimates I received were almost double so I was nervous about the outcome. My mom and I were pleasantly surprised with their work. Very professional, great job!

We contacted Jeff to give us an estimate on triming 3 or 4 queen palms in our yard. We have 20 so getting them done at the same time is costly. He came promptly for the estimate, but he didn’t want to do just a few, he said it was easier for him to do the whole yard. He insisted he had rather do it that way and we pay him every 2 weeks, which will result in 6 weeks of payment. We agreed. A week later they were at our house. They pruned very quickly, but didn’t really ask us if it was satisfactory (we wanted a few trimmed a little more), but that’s ok. We gave him a check and he left. 2 days later, a branch fell and was hanging. You could tell it was a result of it being cut and never removed. We called him and were given a date 3 weeks out for a 5 MINUTE fix. 3 days later another branch in the same tree was dangling. We called for a sooner date, but they could not accommodate us. So we waited better than 3 weeks with these branches hanging over our pool equipment. On the date we were given, they did not show. I had to call @ 5:30 to ask why. They wanted to put us off another week. That is not cool! When we pay for a service we expect it to be done timely and correctly. Jeff called me back and he said to me «you know it is always the neighborhood people you try to help that are always the one’s complaining.» This is WAY NOT COOL! IF the job had been done correctly the first time, this review would not be necessary and it would be a 5, but that is just not good business! We paid him in full and told him not to worry about us. signed… the «neighborhood people».

This company may do good work, but I will never know because, in spite of the owner giving me an estimate, they neglected to follow up to schedule the job or return phone calls.
I guess my small amount of work wasn’t worth their time, even though their minimum charge is $ 300. If you don’t want to bother with a small job, then have the courtesy to say so and not leave potential clients hanging.

Amazing service. Jeff and Crystal really know their stuff and are super friendly. We were given a copy of their insurance, portfolio of their work and co firmation email with the free estimate they gave us. We had an issue with not being able to wait for them to arrive and it wasnt a problem they were willing to have use send in a check or try and meet later for payment.
They came early and Jeff stayed there whole time directing the workers how to trim it so it still looked like a tree and not a stump. Theu even told us if we decide we werent happy w the end resolute he would come back and fix it. He answered all our questions. I will definitely be doing business with this compamy again.

After speaking to the owners of the tree service they admitted fault when one of their drivers hit and broke the HOA fence here in Lake Elsinore CA. The outcome will be that they will repair the HOA fence. I just wanted someone to take responsibility for the fence and it to be repaired. We dont want our neighborhood looking like crap! We spend alot of money on HOA fees to maintain our beautiful neighborhood. Thanks for stepping up there should be more people like you!

I recently purchased a house in corona with lots of land full of tree’s and excess debris. I wanted start fixing up the property and remove unwanted tree’s. I called other company’s, the soonest they would come was 1 week. So i call WC Tree Service they came the next day and removed everything i no longer wanted in half the time the other places quoted me. I highly recommend them if you want fast, reliable, honest work. Thumbs up from me!

I was having a hard time finding a good tree removal service that was efficient and low in cost, until I found WC Tree Service. I had some overgrown palm trees in my back yard that were obstructing my view of the lake. My husband and I decided to remove them and go with some different, smaller palms. These guys came and removed four of our queen palms quickly and with ease. Their equipment was new and worked great! They were also super friendly and easy to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Called last week to make an appt. the gentlemen said he would be at my house at 10am, never showed up so I called and left multiple messages with not one call returned!!! BS they will definitely not be receiving our business!!!

Jeff is the man, I was turned on to wc tree service from my lawn service guys (next generation lawn service) he came out and gave me a quote and was better then any other tree service company. Jeff came in and cut the tree down in a matter of a few hrs and ground down the trunk as well. Great service and unbeatable prices

With the recent winds and overgrown trees in my front yard, I thought I had better take action and get these suckers trimmed down before I had a house full of tree monkeys in my bedroom due to a branch crashing through my roof.
I looked around and found many companies offering tree trimming services; yet, they were little more than a one man show with some climbing gear and a chain saw which made me wonder if they are licensed and bonded. Let me think… chainsaw, climbing gear = lawsuit on my homeowners policy for sure and who know’s what else.
I found WC Tree Service who presented a very comparable bid for trimming services, they showed up with huge truck with a cherry picker and a monster wood chipper.
They were very professional and delivered more than they promised and did a great job! Tonight I can sleep easily without the fear of having a bunch of tree monkeys come for a visit in my bed!

recently I had called WC Tree Service for a quote to have some trees removed and trimmed, not only was there bid was the best priced but only to be out done by there professional crew who come out. Jeff the owner was one of crew members who explained everything in detail, their equipment was brand new, they are bonded, insured and most importantly licensed ! Great job ~ Karl
