Tried this place yesterday at the Sherman Oaks street event. Tri Tip sandwich wasn’t too bad. I thought I took a picture of my sandwich but I just deleted off my Snapchat. Wahhhh!

I just had to re say again, after eating here last week. This place was simply the best. If your lucky enough to find them. Try them out, you will not be disappointed. I am really unsure where any negative comment comes from. The issues raised before If never experienced. If you ever have a concern why did they not simply ask for more sauce or hey why is this happening. They will gladly work with you like they do me.

Really good BBQ I’ve seen them at the Buena Park Farmers Market for awhile now. I finally had the chance to try them out and now I’m wandering why it took so long. It won’t be an issue going forward. It’ll be my first stop from now on. I came really late(almost closing 1:30 pm) for them and they were out of everything except the pork ribs. Luckily, that was what I wanted to get anyways =) The ribs were cooked properly. The meat still had a bite and it pulled clean of the bone. Super tender. Smoke ring was visible and it was delicious. I tried it without the BBQ sauce and it was good. With it, it was better. They have a very good BBQ sauce. You can get it mild or spicy, I got mild, I’ll have to try spicy next time. Lol. You get two sides with you order and I got Macaroni Salad and Collard Greens. Macaroni was on the sweet side, but good. The collard green was just okay for me. If you’re looking for some good BBQ, come visit them here at the Buena Park Farmers Market every Saturday.

Had this BBQ at a street fair in Sherman Oaks on a recommendation of a long time customer and it was great. The St. Louis ribs were tender and tasty without sauce! To me that is the hallmark of good BBQ. It is even better with sauce. The potato salad was nice. Wish a slice of bread came with the meal though. I will definitely look up this place at their other venues. Their location schedule seems to be on their website.

I don’t know what happened?! The first few times after they got the slicer for the tri tip it was delicious. Moist and juicy with a bit of pink in the center. We’ve now come by three times in a row that the tri tip is hard, dry, and flavorless. =(Sad face! Not only that, but we are regulars, they remember us. Still they are getting more and more stingy with the BBQ sauce(it’s from a jar from Smart and Final, but it tastes good) instead of giving little extras to regulars, like extra sauce, etc. And they serve you the little scrap bits of tri tip instead of slicing into a new one. I don’t think we are going to be coming back to them for quite a while. This was our place to go on Saturdays when we wanted a quick bbq fix, but now not anymore.
