I needed a new battery in my Audi and the manager installed it while I waited. A screw fell and was in a hard spot to get to and he was determined to get it. It took awhile and I appreciated it due to these screws wee special ordered part from Germany.

Don’t ever buy auto parts here. I have been a faithful kragen customer for years before they changed to orileys. I have spent thousands of dollars at kragen and orileys combined. This is a honest review. Thanks to the horrible customer service I experienced from «Cindy» as well as her manager, you have officially lost a faithful customer for life. This place gave me the most disgusting feeling as a consumer I have ever experienced in my near 35 years. I purchased a cart full of auto parts for my ford ranger @ the same time from «Cindy». I bought full set of gaskets all the way around, spark plugs, and wires, every thing for a full tune up, spent several hundred dollars. «Cindy» brought out a rear differential gasket supposedly for my truck. The top was taped, because it was already opened, and there was magic marker writing on it. I told her I did not want that part as it has already been opened, and she assured me there would be no problems. However when I brought it home, I realized after dropping my pan, she sold me the wrong one. Thanks «Cindy» you are awesome! When I came in to «exchange» the gasket for the correct one, «Cindy» was there, she pretended as if she had no idea what I was talking about, of course this is after she admitted to selling me the part the day before, in front of her co workers, and kept whispering into what I assume was the asst. Manager’s ear. The absolute rudest experience I have ever had as a consumer. Anyway, «Cindy» denied selling me the part, after admitting to it the day before, and refused to even exchange it for the correct one. She put the gasket I needed, the one she should of sold me in the first place, on the counter in front of me, and refused to exchange it. I could not believe my poor customer experience after years and years of being a faithful customer. After what I assume was the asst. manager also refused to exchange it, remember I did not ask for my money back, only the gasket you should of sold me in the first place. I was so utterly disgusted, I left the gasket on the counter, and told them to sell it to someone else so you can rip them off 2. Absolutely disgusting. I am absolutely disgusted with the business and will never, ever, go back. Went to auto zone 10 min later, to buy the gasket I needed for the second time. There was someone in line in front of me, who exchanged a intake even without a receipt. Auto zone was so polite to this person, I was just like I can’t even believe what is happening right. Now. My part was a total of 12 $ appox. It’s the principal of the whole situation. It’s called customer service, something the entire staff @ orileys on grape St in lake Elsinore knows nothing about. Also it should be noted that the actual manager was in the back also refusing to exchange the part. You reap what you sow in life.

Don’t buy the AutoTrader For Sale Signs Selling Kit, At $ 4.99 it sounds like a great deal since Autotrader wants $ 25 for a basic Ad, the problem is the codes inside for the online Ad don’t work. 1 Time I just figured it was a glich, however Second one didn’t work either. I’m not going to keep driving back to the store in hopes that I get one that actually works!

This place is the best auto store to go to! Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything is done in a thorough and timely matter. The best customer service for automotive that I have ever experienced. I would recommend going here for all of your automotive needs!
