Our services include comprehensive eye exam, specialty contact lens fits, LASIK and cataract surgery consultation, low vision services, myopia progression control, and extensive optical shop.

Welcome to Mission Optometry – Lake Elsinore’s Eye Doctor! Mission Optometry has been part of the community for almost sixty years. Some of our staff members have been with the practice for more than thirty years, and we are seeing the children and grandchildren of our original patients! We have also served as the official eye care provider for Lake Elsinore’s Storm Baseball team for over 20 years.

Business Owner

Dr. Joyce is a native of Southern California and pleased to be practicing in this area. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California at San Diego, and graduated with clinical honors from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Joyce loves what he does. His passion for vision perception led him to a career in Optometry; and he is trained in the most up to date advancements in eye care. He is committed to providing outstanding treatment, and is grateful for the opportunity to enhance the quality of life of his patients by helping them achieve optimal vision.
